Mezco’s One:12 Collective Foot Soldiers Army Builder Set – Cartoon Version is a three-figure collectible set, not the separate four-Turtle boxed set. Mezco lists each Foot Soldier at approximately 17 cm (6.7 inches) tall, with more than 30 articulation points, interchangeable hands, fabric costume pieces and an extensive weapon loadout. Its product page showed a $225 price and a waitlist rather than a guaranteed order when checked on October 3, 2026.
What is the Mezco TMNT Foot Soldiers Army Builder Set?
It is an online-exclusive, limited-edition One:12 Collective release from Mezco Toyz, inspired by the cartoon. The set contains three hand-painted Foot Soldier figures. Mezco describes each figure as approximately 17 cm (about 6.7 inches) tall and equipped with more than 30 points of articulation. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent measurements.
The title can be confusing because Mezco also sells a separate One:12 Collective TMNT Deluxe Boxed Set containing Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo. That four-Turtle set is a different product; it is not part of the Foot Soldiers Army Builder Set.
What comes in the three-figure set?
Mezco lists the following contents for the set:
- Three Foot Soldier figures, each with eight interchangeable hands (24 hands total).
- Fabric costume pieces: hood and face covering, tailored cloak, layered ninja-style tunic, waist sash, arm and leg wraps, pants and foot wraps. The cloak is removable.
- Weapons and accessories: two tekko-kagi, a tanto, kogatana, ninjato, shinobigatana, turtle shell biter, naginata, kunai rope dart, sansetsukon and four shuriken.
- Display equipment: three bases with adjustable posts.
The product listing does not assign each weapon to a particular figure, so the inventory above describes what is included in the set as a whole.

- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Who is it for?
Mezco says the set is intended for collectors ages 18 and up, not children. The manufacturer identifies small parts and sharp points as potential injury hazards and describes the figures as display items rather than toys for rough play. That guidance matters when deciding whether the set suits a collection or household.
Price and ordering status
As of October 3, 2026, Mezco’s product page displayed a price of $225 and an order control reading “Join Waitlist.” It also described a $40 non-refundable deposit for preorder orders. The waitlist is not a confirmed order: Mezco says placement is not guaranteed, and a card is charged only if a credit-card waitlist order advances into the preorder queue. Availability and displayed terms can change, so check the official listing before making a purchase decision.
