Was ist das Neo75 Cu?
Das Neo75 Cu ist ein Custom-Keyboard, dessen Kernkonfiguration Käufer aus mehreren Bauteiloptionen zusammenstellen. Die offizielle Produktseite von Qwertykeys nennt Brass und Copper als Materialien für den Boden sowie mehrere Farben für das Oberteil. Was ist im Lieferumfang – und was fehlt?
Qwertykeys führt je nach gewähltem Kit das Case, das PCB-Kit, die ausgewählte Platte, Poron-Case-Foam, installierte Daughterboard-/Magnetverbindungen, Gaskets, Copper Pillars, Schrauben, Gummifüße und Stand-offs auf. Als Zugaben nennt der Hersteller eine Tragetasche, Keycap-/Switch-Puller, NeoStab und ein USB-C-Kabel.

Switches und Keycaps stehen nicht auf der aufgeführten Lieferumfangsliste. Bei einem Barebone-Kauf müssen sie daher separat eingeplant werden. Was kosten die Optionen und wie lange dauert die Lieferung?
Die beim Abruf am 3. Oktober 2026 angezeigte regionale Qwertykeys-Shopseite wies 210 USD aus und zeigte den Artikel als Vorbestellung mit einer geschätzten Fulfillment-Zeit von vier Wochen. Das sind zeit- und regionsgebundene Shopangaben, keine allgemeingültige Preis- oder Lieferzusage. Ob sich das Neo75 Cu „sein Geld wert“ ist, lässt sich ohne unabhängige Messwerte und ohne Kenntnis Ihrer Prioritäten nicht pauschal beantworten. Die praktischere Entscheidung ist, zuerst PCB, Platte und Boden nach gewünschter Nutzung und Aufbau zu wählen und dann die Gesamtkosten einschließlich separat benötigter Switches und Keycaps zu betrachten. Die Herstellerangaben belegen Optionen und Lieferumfang, aber keinen objektiven Preis-Leistungs-Vergleich.
Aufbau, VIA und Firmware
Qwertykeys erklärt, dass die PCBs VIA-kompatibel sind. Für die Konfiguration in VIA soll die zum PCB passende JSON-Datei geladen werden; beim Tri-mode-PCB ist ausdrücklich die Tri-mode-Datei erforderlich. - Laden Sie die dazu passende JSON-Datei und Firmware von der Qwertykeys-Seite für Firmware und Software.
- Verwenden Sie in VIA die passende JSON-Datei; für Tri-mode ausdrücklich die Tri-mode-JSON.
Beim Einsetzen von Switches in ein Hotswap-PCB soll laut Build-Guide der Sockel von der Rückseite abgestützt werden. So wird verhindert, dass er beim Einsetzen vom Platinenpad gedrückt wird. Das ist ein Montagehinweis des Herstellers, keine Angabe zu einer gemessenen Ausfallrate.
Qwertykeys weist außerdem darauf hin, dass bestimmte erweiterte Tastenkombinationen im Wireless-Betrieb möglicherweise nicht korrekt funktionieren. Das ist eine Einschränkung für diese Kombinationen, kein Beleg dafür, dass die Funkverbindung generell fehlerhaft ist.

Wie pflegt man den Brass-Boden?
Der Hersteller warnt davor, den Brass- oder Copper-Boden mit Alkohol zu reinigen oder stark zu reiben, da sonst die Antioxidationsbeschichtung beschädigt werden kann.
