Tickets, random pulls, or a fragment exchange?
The reported system offers two broad ways to pursue an appearance: use tickets or the reported crystal alternative for random draws, or collect fragments and exchange them for a chosen item if it is listed in the event shop. A direct exchange is more predictable only when the item, fragment cost, and applicable carryover rules are visible and confirmed in the live client.
- If you want one specific item: check whether it is directly available for fragments and verify the displayed cost before drawing.
- If you are comfortable with random results: verify how many tickets or crystals each pull uses and whether the event offers bundles.
- If you are saving for a later event: do not assume fragments carry over unless the current event rules confirm it.
Are there published odds, pity, or expiry rules?
Aniimo Eggs’ 2026 guide reports a 0.25% featured-outfit rate per pull, but that figure is not confirmed by an official rate disclosure in the sources available. The guide also says the game does not publish official rates or a pity system. No official source reviewed establishes a pity threshold, ticket or fragment expiry policy, or cross-banner carryover rule. Do not use the reported rate to calculate a guaranteed cost or assume that progress transfers between banners.
Why does Lightweave show zero tickets?
One community guide reports that some players see a ticket in the Bag while the draw screen shows zero. Its anecdotal workaround is to open the Bag and unlock the ticket. This is not an official fix.

- Open the Bag and check whether the Lightweave Ticket is present.
- If it is locked, unlock it, then return to the Lightweave screen and check the displayed balance again.
- If the count still appears incorrect, contact support through the game rather than assuming the ticket has been consumed.
