It can also run a single 4K display at up to 240Hz. Those are capability claims, not a guarantee for every USB-C laptop: full functionality requires a USB4, Thunderbolt 4 or Thunderbolt 5 host connection, and the laptop, monitors and connecting cables must all support the intended display mode. Notebookcheck’s product report describes the dock’s specifications.
Can it run two 4K monitors at 120Hz?
That is the dock’s headline configuration: two extended 4K displays at up to 120Hz on compatible Windows systems and MacBooks, including models with M4 and M5 chips. For one display, Ugreen specifies up to 4K at 240Hz through USB4 or HDMI.
Getting those figures depends on the whole setup, not just the dock. The laptop’s USB4 or Thunderbolt implementation, both monitors and the cables between them must support the required resolution and refresh rate. A USB-C connector by itself does not establish that the laptop can drive this configuration. Check your laptop’s display-output specifications and your monitor and cable capabilities before buying.
What ports does the 11-in-1 dock have?
The flat, horizontal chassis has an integrated 2.6-foot USB4 host cable and 11 ports. Its low-profile layout is intended to fit under a monitor or monitor riser more readily than a vertical dock.
#1 Best Overall
- 11-in-1 USB4 Dock: Connect your entire workstation through one dock, including a downstream USB4 port with up to 20Gbps data transfer and video output up to 4K@240Hz or 8K@60Hz, an HDMI port, 2.5Gbps Ethernet, 2x10Gbps USB-A/C data ports, 2x5Gbps USB-A ports, SD and microSD (TF) card readers supporting up to 200MB/s, and a 3.5mm headset jack
- 40Gbps USB4 Total Bandwidth: The USB4 host connection supports up to 40Gbps of shared bandwidth for fast file transfers, external storage, and creative workflows. The downstream USB4 port supports data transfer speeds of up to 20Gbps. Actual performance varies by device, cable, port, and storage performance
- Single or Dual 4K Displays: Connect up to a single 4K@240Hz display or dual 4K@120Hz displays for detailed visuals and an expanded workspace. An additional USB-C to DisplayPort cable is included. Available display modes vary by host device, operating system, cable, and monitor
- Up to 115W Host Charging: Pair the dock with a compatible 140W PD 3.1 power adapter (sold separately) to provide up to 115W of charging to your laptop. The downstream USB4 port supports up to 15W for compatible peripherals, helping you stay connected while keeping your device powered
- Power Button and Broad Compatibility: Press the power button to disconnect or reconnect data, video, and peripheral functions while host charging remains active. Designed for compatible macOS computers; available functions and display modes may vary by device and operating system
| Location | Ports |
|---|---|
| Front | Audio combo jack; SD and microSD card readers; one 10Gbps USB-C port; one 10Gbps USB-A port |
| Rear | One downstream 20Gbps USB4 port; HDMI 2.1; two 5Gbps USB-A ports; 2.5Gbps Ethernet; one USB-C power input rated for up to 140W |
The dock’s USB4 connection is rated for up to 40Gbps. That figure describes the interface’s maximum bandwidth; it does not mean every connected device will transfer data at that speed.
Will it work with a MacBook or Windows laptop?
The dock is described as plug-and-play on macOS and Windows, but full functionality requires a host laptop with USB4, Thunderbolt 4 or Thunderbolt 5. The operating system alone is not enough to confirm compatibility: check the laptop’s port specifications, particularly if you need two high-refresh displays.

- 10-in-1 USB C Docking Station: Inspire more potential of your laptop's USB-C port with 2xHDMI ports, a 100W USB-C PD port, a 5Gbps USB-C port, a USB A 3.0, 2xUSB A 2.0, RJ45 and SD/Micro SD card reader
- Dual 4k@60Hz/Single 8K@30Hz HDMI Docking Station: The Docking Station allows you to connect two displays up to 4K@60Hz or a single screen up to 8K@30Hz via the HDMI 2 connector. Please note that dme to macOS limitations, all docking displays will display the same content when connected to a MacBook
- High-Speed Data Transfer: Connecting keyboards, transfer files, movies, and photos at speeds up to 5Gbps via the USB-C data port and USB-A ports. Note: The USB A and C ports do not provide charging capabilities or video output
- 100W Power Delivery: The Laptop docking station Supports up to 85W USB C pass-through charging via USB-C PD port, reserves 15W for other interface operation. Additionally, the port only supports charging; it does not facilitate data transfer or video output
- Docking Station Card Reader & Ethernet Combo: The USB-C Hub Docking Station Combo has a 1000Mbps Ethernet port that gives you the advantage of ultra-high-speed internet connections.Equipped with SD/TF card reader to solve your card reading needs
The dual-display claim includes compatible MacBooks with M4 and M5 chips, as well as compatible Windows systems. It should not be generalized to every MacBook or every USB-C laptop; display limits vary by computer and its connection implementation.
How much power does it deliver?
The dock accepts up to 140W at its USB-C power input. It is rated to deliver up to 115W to the connected laptop, and its downstream USB4 port can supply up to 15W to a phone or other smaller device. These are maximum ratings, not a promise that every laptop or peripheral will draw that amount.

How does it compare with Ugreen’s Thunderbolt 4 docks?
Ugreen’s older Thunderbolt 4 options emphasize a broader Thunderbolt configuration, while the 11-in-1 USB4 dock’s standout specification is higher refresh rates for two 4K displays. The published specifications differ by model:
| Model | Display specification | Power | Other listed features |
|---|---|---|---|
| 11-in-1 USB4 Docking Station | One 4K display at up to 240Hz, or two extended 4K displays at up to 120Hz on compatible systems | Up to 115W to host from a 140W input | 40Gbps USB4; 2.5Gbps Ethernet; SD and microSD readers; audio jack; flat horizontal design |
| Revodok Max 13-in-1 Thunderbolt 4 dock | Dual 4K at 60Hz or single 8K | Up to 90W to laptop from 180W input | 40Gbps Thunderbolt 4; 2.5Gbps Ethernet |
| Ugreen 13-in-1 Thunderbolt 4 dock | Dual 4K at 60Hz | 96W charging | Three Thunderbolt 4 ports; USB-A and USB-C; SD and TF readers; DisplayPort 1.4 |
The comparison models are described on Ugreen’s pages for the Revodok Max 13-in-1 Thunderbolt 4 dock and the 13-in-1 Thunderbolt 4 dock. These specifications do not establish that one dock is best for every setup: port needs, laptop compatibility and display requirements determine the practical choice.
