FireShot: choose it when the output matters as much as the capture

GoFullPage: choose it for a simple scroll-and-stitch workflow
GoFullPage’s approach is explicit: it scrolls through successive visible sections and assembles them. That can suit a long page when you want a single image or PDF and prefer a dedicated capture button. Because the extension must visit each visible part, capture may take longer on a long or media-heavy page than a single viewport screenshot.
Its listing says a page that is too large for one Edge image can be split into multiple images. If a single uninterrupted image is essential, check the result before you delete or close the source tab, and be prepared to capture smaller sections if necessary.

Full Page Screenshot: choose it when annotation is central

Common problems with long-page captures
The capture misses content lower on the page
Some pages load images or sections only as the visitor scrolls. A tool that captures the page in one pass may not include content that was not loaded yet. The screenshot contains repeated or awkwardly placed page elements
Sticky navigation, chat widgets, and other elements fixed to the viewport can behave differently as a capture moves down the page. Check the saved result rather than assuming it is a perfect representation of the document. For a simple static page, the built-in full-page tool may be enough; for a long scrolling capture, try another tool if fixed elements obscure important text.
A very large capture is divided into pieces
GoFullPage documents that a page too large for one Edge image may be split into multiple images. If that happens, use the separate outputs or capture the page in smaller sections. Do not assume that stitching every exceptionally long page into one image will always be possible.
The Screenshot command or capture mode is not available
Microsoft notes that feature availability can vary by device type, market, and browser version.
