The result looks like a scene, not a finished post
You may have created a product or design mockup rather than a complete social graphic. Bring the mockup into a post layout and add any required copy and supporting elements.
The artwork is cropped or hard to read
Try a different template or adjust the image crop and position. Check the preview at the approximate size people will see in the feed; small text and fine detail may disappear at that scale.

Check the export choices available for your design and plan before finishing. Canva lists several formats, but the precise options should be verified in the account and workflow you are using.
You are unsure whether a design is covered for commercial use
Review the terms for the particular mockup and every asset in it. A service’s general licensing statement does not establish that you own the rights to artwork or other content you uploaded.
