Apple TV+’s October 2024 slate brought eight premieres or season launches, including Disclaimer, Where’s Wanda?, Shrinking Season 2 and the documentary film The Last of the Sea Women. This calendar covers titles that debuted during the month, not every new weekly episode. Dates reflect Apple’s announced global premieres; local availability and release times could vary.

New and returning series
Where’s Wanda? — October 2
Apple’s first German-language original series is an eight-episode dark comedy about a family searching for their missing daughter. It opened with two episodes, with further episodes released weekly. The format makes it a mystery-comedy choice for viewers who want a continuing story rather than a feature-length film. Apple’s series page has further details.
Curses! Season 2 — October 4
This was the second-season launch of Apple’s animated kids-and-family series, not a new series premiere. The October index confirms the date, but does not establish whether the season arrived all at once or on an episodic schedule; it is best not to assume a binge release.

Disclaimer — October 11
Alfonso Cuarón created and directed this seven-episode psychological-thriller limited series, based on Renée Knight’s novel. Cate Blanchett and Kevin Kline star, alongside Sacha Baron Cohen, Lesley Manville, Louis Partridge, Leila George, Kodi Smit-McPhee and Hoyeon. The premiere consisted of two episodes, followed by weekly releases. Apple’s series page and premiere announcement provide the official details.
Shrinking Season 2 — October 16
Jason Segel and Harrison Ford returned for the second season of the comedy-drama. Apple’s Spanish regional October index lists the season under its localized title, Terapia sin filtro, on October 16, while the English index’s search display did not show it. A contemporaneous schedule roundup also identifies the date. The available October listing does not specify the episode cadence. See Apple’s Spanish regional index and the schedule roundup.

Before — October 25
This new psychological thriller stars Billy Crystal, Judith Light and Jacobi Jupe. Its story centers on a child whose behavior seems connected to the protagonist’s past. Apple’s October index confirms the premiere date, but the cited listing does not establish how many episodes were available at launch.
Extrasensory — October 28
Apple’s October index lists Extrasensory on this date. That listing does not provide enough detail to confirm its format, subject, episode count or release cadence, so it cannot be reliably described as a series, documentary or special here.

Ana Polvorosa, Michelle Jenner, Pablo Molinero and José Manuel Poga are among the cast. Two episodes premiered on October 30, with new episodes following weekly on Wednesdays through December 11. Apple announced the premiere in its series announcement and shared a trailer announcement.
Movie and documentary: The Last of the Sea Women
The Last of the Sea Women — October 11
The month’s clearly identified feature film was nonfiction: a documentary about the haenyeo free divers of South Korea’s Jeju Island and their efforts to protect their culture and marine environment. Directed by Sue Kim and produced by Malala Yousafzai and Erika Kennair, it premiered globally on Apple TV+ on October 11. Apple describes it as an Apple Original documentary film on its film page; the company also covered its world premiere at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.

What this October list includes
“Every” here means the October 2024 premieres and season launches identified in Apple’s October Originals index, with Shrinking Season 2 included based on Apple’s regional index and schedule corroboration. It does not count each weekly episode as a separate premiere or include rentals, purchases and other services accessible through the broader Apple TV app. Apple TV+ is the subscription service; the Apple TV app can also surface content beyond Apple Originals. The dates refer to announced global debuts, not a guarantee that every title, language option or local release time matched in every country.
