Fix the cart and promotion first
Test product availability
Nike says an item can sell out between being added to the bag and order submission. Remove the affected product, return to its product page, refresh availability, and rebuild the bag. For a mixed order, remove everything except the suspected item, then add products back one at a time. Repeated retries do not reserve inventory, especially for limited releases.

On iPhone or iPad
- Force-quit the Nike App and reopen it.

- Force-quit the Nike App.
- Open Settings > Apps (or Applications) > Nike App > Storage > Clear Cache.

Try a clean browser and network
