Vivo Empresas Internet for Personal and Business Use: Who Qualifies and Which Plan Fits?

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Short answer: Vivo Empresas internet is sold as a business service, and Vivo’s current contracting information centers on CNPJ details, address validation and technical availability. A MEI or other registered business may be able to install it at a home used as its operating location, but should confirm that the CNPJ and address qualify before ordering. A person with only a CPF should usually compare residential Vivo Fibra instead.

For most home offices and small companies, shared Vivo Fibra Empresarial or Fibra Lite is the relevant option. Internet Dedicada is a different, higher-cost service for operations that need guaranteed bandwidth and stronger service commitments. Personal devices can technically share a business Wi-Fi network, but that does not make the business subscription a general consumer plan.

Can you use Vivo Empresas internet for personal and business needs?

Home office or MEI at home

A business connection can be installed at a residence when the home is also the business’s operating location, such as a consultant’s office or an online shop’s base. Whether Vivo accepts the specific arrangement depends on CNPJ validation, address checks and technical feasibility. Confirm those points with Vivo before placing an order; the fact that you work from home does not itself establish eligibility. Vivo’s business broadband information describes a business contracting flow that uses CNPJ and validates the service address.

Household and business devices on one connection

Technically, work computers, phones, televisions and other household devices can use the same Wi-Fi connection. They also share its capacity: streaming, gaming, cloud backups and cameras can affect performance during calls or uploads. Where the router supports it, keep business devices on a separate network from guest and household devices to reduce unnecessary exposure. Network separation is a security measure, not a substitute for confirming that the business contract is appropriate for the customer and address.

TP-Link AX1800 WiFi 6 Router (Archer AX21 V5)
  • DUAL-BAND WIFI 6 ROUTER: Wi-Fi 6(802.11ax) technology achieves faster speeds, greater capacity and reduced network congestion compared to the previous gen. All WiFi routers require a separate modem. Dual-Band WiFi routers do not support the 6 GHz band.
  • AX1800: Enjoy smoother and more stable streaming, gaming, downloading with 1.8 Gbps total bandwidth (up to 1200 Mbps on 5 GHz and up to 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz). Performance varies by conditions, distance to devices, and obstacles such as walls.
  • CONNECT MORE DEVICES: Wi-Fi 6 technology communicates more data to more devices simultaneously using revolutionary OFDMA technology
  • EXTENSIVE COVERAGE: Achieve the strong, reliable WiFi coverage with Archer AX1800 as it focuses signal strength to your devices far away using Beamforming technology, 4 high-gain antennas and an advanced front-end module (FEM) chipset
  • OUR CYBERSECURITY COMMITMENT: TP-Link is a signatory of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Secure-by-Design pledge. This device is designed, built, and maintained, with advanced security as a core requirement.

CPF-only customers

If you do not have a CNPJ or MEI, do not assume that Vivo Empresas will accept a personal subscription. Compare residential Vivo Fibra or another consumer service instead. Working from home does not, by itself, mean a residential plan is prohibited; check the terms of the specific residential offer.

How business fiber differs from residential and dedicated internet

“Vivo Empresas internet” covers more than one product. Shared business fiber, Fibra Lite, mobile bundles and dedicated connectivity have different eligibility, payment and performance terms. Vivo distinguishes shared business fiber from Internet Dedicada, which uses an exclusive route and advertises guaranteed contracted bandwidth. See Vivo’s product explanation.

Service Typical customer Network and performance Best fit Key qualification
Residential Vivo Fibra Household or CPF customer Consumer broadband; do not assume guaranteed bandwidth or a fixed IP Personal use and ordinary home working Check the specific residential plan and its terms
Vivo Fibra Empresarial Company, MEI or other CNPJ customer Shared business fiber; not the same as a dedicated circuit Home offices, shops and small offices using meetings and cloud services CNPJ, address validation, local availability and offer-specific commitment apply
Fibra Lite MEI or small business Business fiber; listed offer is 500 Mbps download and 250 Mbps upload Eligible small businesses comfortable with credit-card installments and an annual-plan structure Payment and commitment terms differ from standard business fiber
Internet Dedicada Business with connectivity-sensitive operations Exclusive/dedicated service; Vivo advertises guaranteed contracted speed on listed offers Critical systems, VPNs, servers or measurable costs from downtime Higher cost, technical feasibility and the exact service terms matter

Shared business fiber may be more convenient for a company than a household product, but the “business” label does not mean it has the guaranteed bandwidth or availability commitments of a dedicated service.

Which Vivo Empresas option suits your workload?

Vivo Fibra Empresarial

Consider standard business fiber for routine administration, video meetings, e-commerce management, social-media work, cloud applications and ordinary file transfers. It is the practical starting point for many MEIs and small offices that want business-account support or may need business features without paying for a dedicated circuit.

TP-Link AC1200 WiFi Router Dual Band Wireless Internet Router (Archer A54)
  • Dual-band Wi-Fi with 5 GHz speeds up to 867 Mbps and 2.4 GHz speeds up to 300 Mbps, delivering 1200 Mbps of total bandwidth¹. Dual-band routers do not support 6 GHz. Performance varies by conditions, distance to devices, and obstacles such as walls.
  • Covers up to 1,000 sq. ft. with four external antennas for stable wireless connections and optimal coverage.
  • Supports IGMP Proxy/Snooping, Bridge and Tag VLAN to optimize IPTV streaming
  • Access Point Mode - Supports AP Mode to transform your wired connection into wireless network, an ideal wireless router for home
  • Advanced Security with WPA3 - The latest Wi-Fi security protocol, WPA3, brings new capabilities to improve cybersecurity in personal networks

Fibra Lite

Fibra Lite is a simpler option to compare if 500 Mbps download and 250 Mbps upload meet your needs and paying by credit card in 12 monthly installments under an annual-plan structure is acceptable. The cited offer lists R$90 per month, free installation subject to fidelity, and a Wi-Fi benefit subject to account compliance. Vivo also says it may place a temporary card preauthorization before installation and complete the charge afterward. Check the current offer and terms at Vivo Fibra Lite.

Internet Dedicada

Consider a dedicated link when interruptions have a meaningful business cost, or when guaranteed bandwidth, public fixed IP addresses or more formal service commitments are essential. Vivo’s cited dedicated offer lists a 100 Mbps basic option from R$500 per month, with advertised features including symmetric connectivity, six fixed IP addresses in relevant configurations and support or repair language of up to four hours. The cited page gives availability figures of 99.5% in São Paulo and 99.6% in other states. These figures and terms apply to the listed offer, not every configuration or address; request the applicable proposal and service terms. Vivo’s business connectivity page has the dedicated-service information.

A dedicated circuit is usually excessive if the goal is simply faster household streaming, gaming or everyday browsing. For continuity, compare the cost of a second connection or 4G/5G backup as well: one internet circuit, even a dedicated one, is not redundancy.

How much speed do you need?

Vivo’s own offer guidance suggests the tiers below as options for different workloads; these are indicative product guidance, not independent performance tests. Choose based on simultaneous users and upload needs as well as download speed.

TP-Link Dual-Band AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Wireless Gigabit Internet Router for Home
  • Next-Gen Gigabit Wi-Fi 6 Speeds: 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz bands ensure smoother streaming and faster downloads; support VPN server and VPN client¹
  • A More Responsive Experience: Enjoy smooth gaming, video streaming, and live feeds simultaneously. OFDMA makes your Wi-Fi stronger by allowing multiple clients to share one band at the same time, cutting latency and jitter.²
  • Expanded Wi-Fi Coverage: 4 high-gain external antennas and Beamforming technology combine to extend strong, reliable, Wi-Fi throughout your home.
  • Improved Battery Life: Target Wake Time helps your devices to communicate efficiently while consuming less power.
  • Improved Cooling Design: No heat ups, no throttles. A larger heat sink and redefined case design cools the WiFi 6 system and enables your network to stay at top speeds in more versatile environments.
Listed speed tier Indicative workload Listed upload where specified
400 Mbps Basic business activity, browsing, documents and routine online meetings 200 Mbps
500 Mbps More users, customer Wi-Fi or a busier small office 250 Mbps
600 Mbps Several simultaneous video meetings and business systems 300 Mbps
700 Mbps Many connected devices, intensive uploads or heavier cloud work 350 Mbps
1 Gbps Heavy file transfers, e-commerce operations or demanding cloud workloads 500 Mbps

These speeds do not cure weak Wi-Fi, a crowded wireless channel, poor internal wiring, an old client device, packet loss or latency to a particular service. If the main work involves uploading video, design files, backups or product images, compare upload speed rather than choosing on download speed alone.

Advertised price examples and offer differences

The following are examples displayed on Vivo Empresas pages reviewed in August 2026, not a nationwide price list. Prices, eligibility, bonuses and availability can vary by address, promotion and customer segment. Some are tied to an existing Vivo mobile-business account or a bundle. Open the current offer and its conditions before comparing totals.

Vivo Fibra 600 Mbps R$89.99/month 600 Mbps download / 300 Mbps upload, Wi-Fi 6 and 20 GB mobile bonus Listed for existing Vivo mobile-business customers
Vivo Fibra 700 Mbps R$99.99/month 700 Mbps download / 350 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi 6 Installation free subject to fidelity

Internet Dedicada 100 Mbps From R$500/month Guaranteed contracted speed on the listed offer Region and technical feasibility apply

Vivo’s pages display different prices and benefits for different offers, so do not combine these examples into a single assumed bundle. Compare the actual checkout total, whether the offer requires mobile service, and the conditions document. See Vivo Empresas mobile and fiber plans and the existing mobile-customer offer.

What to check about Wi-Fi, fixed IP and support

Wi-Fi 6 and coverage

Wi-Fi 6 is a wireless standard, not an increase to the fiber plan’s contracted speed. Both the router and the client device need to support it to use its benefits, and it does not guarantee good coverage across a large home or office. Use Ethernet for desktops, servers and other equipment where consistency matters. Check whether Wi-Fi 6 equipment is included in the specific offer; Vivo associates it with qualifying business-fiber offers, not every plan. Check the current offer details.

TP-Link AC1200 Gigabit Dual Band WiFi Router (Archer A6)
  • Dual band router upgrades to 1200 Mbps high speed internet (300mbps for 2.4GHz plus 900Mbps for 5GHz), reducing buffering and ideal for 4K stream
  • Full Gigabit Ports - Gigabit Router with 4 Gigabit LAN ports, ideal for any internet plan and allow you to directly connect your wired devices
  • Boosted Coverage - Four external antennas equipped with Beamforming technology extend and concentrate the Wi-Fi signals
  • MU-MIMO technology - (5GHz band) allows high speeds for multiple devices simultaneously
  • Access Point Mode - Supports AP Mode to transform your wired connection into wireless network, an ideal wireless router for home

Fixed IP

Do not assume every business-fiber plan includes a static public IP. It can matter for VPN access, servers, remote systems, some camera configurations and services that whitelist IP addresses. Vivo’s dedicated offers explicitly list six fixed IPs in relevant configurations; shared-fiber material presents fixed IP as a possible business feature rather than a universal inclusion. Ask whether the address is static, public and routable; whether it costs extra; how many addresses are usable; whether inbound traffic is permitted; and whether the router supports bridge mode or reverse DNS if your setup needs them. Vivo’s business plan page describes the listed offers.

Support and service commitments

Business support channels are not the same thing as a guaranteed uptime commitment. Vivo directs business customers to 103 15 on the cited fiber page and lists website, telephone and WhatsApp sales routes; check the live page for current contact options. Reserve assumptions about guaranteed speed, availability percentages or rapid repair for the dedicated offer and its applicable terms.

Contract terms, loyalty and price traps

The cited Vivo Fibra Empresarial FAQ states a 24-month loyalty period, automatic renewal for successive 24-month periods, and that changing products or services can restart the 24-month period. The exact term and any early-cancellation charge should be verified in the offer document presented at checkout. See Vivo’s business-fiber FAQ and details.

  • “Free installation” is conditional on the offer’s stated loyalty terms and technical feasibility.
  • Check whether the displayed amount is promotional, bundled with mobile service or restricted to existing Vivo business-mobile customers.
  • For Fibra Lite, account for its credit-card payment structure and annual-plan commitment, as well as the stated Wi-Fi-benefit conditions.
  • Before signing, identify the monthly discount, installation benefit, equipment conditions, remaining loyalty period and whether a plan change restarts fidelity.
  • Keep the offer document and order confirmation. Do not rely on a search-result price if checkout displays different terms.

How to check eligibility and order

  1. Confirm that you have a valid CNPJ or MEI, the business-customer basis indicated by Vivo’s current business contracting information.
  2. Check whether the intended installation address is accepted as the business operating location. A mismatch between registered and installation addresses may prevent validation.
  3. Use Vivo’s availability checker with the CNPJ and exact address; service depends on local coverage and technical feasibility.
  4. Compare shared Vivo Fibra Empresarial, Fibra Lite and Internet Dedicada according to workload, payment method and need for service commitments.
  5. Confirm download and upload speeds, router model, fixed-IP terms, installation conditions and the loyalty period.
  6. Download and read the offer conditions and contract, including early-cancellation consequences, before completing the order.
  7. Check whether the price depends on an existing mobile-business account or another bundle, and save the offer shown at checkout.
  8. Keep the order number, installation appointment and offer document. Vivo’s live business fiber page provides current sales and support routes.
  9. After installation, test wired download, upload and latency, then check Wi-Fi in the rooms where work takes place.

What to do if the offer or connection does not match expectations

The displayed price changes at checkout

Different customer segments, addresses, mobile-customer status and promotions can produce different offers. Save the checkout terms, compare them with the linked conditions document and ask Vivo to clarify any discrepancy before accepting.

The CNPJ or address is rejected

Check the CNPJ information and enter the exact installation address. Possible causes include an address mismatch, credit analysis, unavailable product or lack of technical feasibility. Contact business sales and ask whether the particular MEI and location can be served.

Wi-Fi is slow after installation

First test a device over Ethernet. If wired performance is satisfactory, adjust router placement and wireless channels or assess whether mesh coverage is needed. Confirm the device is using an appropriate band and supports the router’s standard. If wired speed is also poor, record tests at different times and contact support before buying networking equipment or upgrading the plan.

The connection is down more often than expected

Shared business fiber is still shared broadband; the business label alone does not promise guaranteed bandwidth or uptime. If outages have a significant cost, compare a dedicated offer and/or a second ISP or mobile backup. A single connection is not redundancy.

Which option should you choose?

  • CPF-only household: compare residential Vivo Fibra or another consumer plan.
  • MEI or home office: compare Fibra Lite with standard Vivo Fibra Empresarial after CNPJ and address validation.
  • Small office or team: assess the 500–700 Mbps shared-fiber tiers against simultaneous users and upload workload, then factor in the commitment.
  • Business relying on a Vivo mobile plan: check whether a customer-specific fixed/mobile offer changes the actual total.
  • Critical operation: request a dedicated-service proposal and compare its commitments and price with the cost of resilient connectivity, including a separate backup.

Vivo’s mobile-plan porting rules are separate from fixed-internet eligibility: the cited mobile offer says porting from a CPF holder to a CNPJ holder is not allowed under that offer, and its porting bonus is limited to CNPJ-to-CNPJ cases. Do not assume that mobile rule determines whether a fixed internet order is accepted. Check Vivo’s current business mobile terms.
