Which Claro plans include Apple TV+?
Claro’s FAQ names these product families for its Apple TV+-included offer. Confirm the exact offer attached to your account, since product names and promotional inclusions can differ.

What does the package cost?
Claro’s product page listed the following package prices when checked on August 18, 2026. They are promotional bundle prices—not the price of Apple TV+ alone—and the page showed the offers as valid through September 30, 2026, subject to change or extension.

The package listing includes multiple services, so these amounts should not be read as Apple TV+ prices. Claro also lists a separate Apple TV option from R$29.90 per month; that is a Claro-billed add-on, distinct from the included benefit. Check Claro’s TV offers and its Apple TV page for current availability and terms.
What is included—and what is not?
The benefit is access to Apple’s streaming subscription, commonly called Apple TV+. Claro says the included subscription is ad-free and supports up to five simultaneous screens. That five-screen figure is Claro’s description of this offer, not a claim about every Apple TV promotion worldwide.

It does not mean the Claro Box is an Apple TV 4K device. The Box is Claro equipment; Apple TV+ is streaming content. Nor does a subscription include every item visible in the Apple TV app: Apple distinguishes subscription catalog content from third-party services, rentals and purchases. See Apple’s explanation of subscription content and other offerings.
Claro package inclusions may use ad-supported tiers for other streamers. The fact that Apple TV+ is ad-free does not make every service in the bundle ad-free, and Claro’s terms do not let customers freely change the included streaming tier.

How to activate Apple TV+ through Claro
- Open the Minha Claro app or sign in to Minha Claro Residencial.
- Go to Minhas Assinaturas and choose Apple TV or the Apple TV+ icon.
- Tap Ativar and enter the PIN Claro sends you.
- Tap Continuar, then sign in with your Apple account or create one.
- Complete any verification Apple requests.
Claro’s streaming activation instructions describe this route. On eligible Claro tv+ Box equipment, Claro also identifies channel 839 as an access option.
If the activation option is missing, check the product name on your bill and use Minha Claro Residencial rather than Minha Claro Móvel. Installation or plan migration may not have completed, or the account entitlement may not yet be synchronized. If your account has an eligible product and the option remains absent, contact Claro.

Where can you watch?
Claro lists channel 839 on eligible Claro TV equipment, the Apple TV app on supported devices, and the Apple TV website as ways to watch. Apple says the app is available on Apple devices and many smart TVs, streaming devices, game consoles, Android and Windows devices, with availability depending on country and device. If there is no dedicated app on an Android device, Claro points customers to tv.apple.com/br in a browser. Check Apple’s service and device information for compatibility details.

Claro’s FAQ says Apple’s direct billing should be suspended automatically when a customer activates the benefit using an existing Apple account. Still, verify the billing transition rather than assuming every subscription arrangement behaves identically.

- Use the Apple account that already has the subscription; creating or using another account can make the original billing harder to find.
- Check Apple account subscription settings to see whether Apple TV+ is billed by Apple, Claro or another provider.
- Review the next Claro bill and Apple receipt history. If a separate charge continues, contact the billing provider shown on the account before canceling or changing anything.
Older terms for a specific 2024 Claro mobile promotion described separate cancellation steps for some billing arrangements. Those terms do not establish the rules for today’s residential TV offer, so rely on the billing details shown on your own accounts.
What happens if you cancel, change plans or stop paying?
Under Claro’s current Box streaming terms, canceling the eligible offer or migrating to an ineligible offer removes access to the included streaming services. Nonpayment can deactivate the offer and remove streaming access. The terms also say the customer cannot change the included service tier within the package. Read the current Claro Box streaming terms for the conditions applicable to your contract.
Loss of the Claro benefit does not necessarily cancel a separate Apple subscription or determine what happens to a payment method already attached to an Apple account. Check Apple’s subscription settings after any Claro cancellation or migration to see whether another provider will bill you.
Claro’s general TV page says its monthly Box, App and Streamings plans have no loyalty period and may be canceled at any time. That statement does not settle separate equipment financing, installation conditions, annual plans or other Claro contracts. Before canceling, check the terms attached to your specific plan; App-package customers can also consult Claro’s App package cancellation instructions.

- Consider it if you already want Claro TV and will use the other included services, or value having TV equipment and streaming on one bill.
- Check alternatives if you want Apple TV+ alone, already get it through Apple One or another promotion, need a different service tier, or expect to cancel the Claro package soon.
- Compare like with like: Apple TV+ on its own, Apple One if you also use Apple services, a Claro package for live TV and multiple streamers, or separate subscriptions if you need independent tiers and cancellation control.
Claro’s listed monthly plans are described as having no loyalty period, but that does not make the streaming benefit portable: the included access is tied to the eligible Claro offer. For Apple-only access, check Brazilian pricing and terms in Apple’s Brazil subscription flow; a U.S. price is not a reliable comparison for Brazil.
