Which 20MP front-camera phone is confirmed?
POCO X7 5G
Xiaomi’s official POCO X7 specifications confirm a 20MP, f/2.2 front camera. The listed front-camera features include night and portrait modes, and video recording up to 1080p at 60fps. These specifications establish the camera resolution and supported modes; they do not establish that its selfies outperform another phone’s.

What the 20MP specification tells you—and what it does not
Megapixels describe image resolution, not overall selfie quality. The POCO X7 specifications identify the aperture and front-camera modes, but the cited product information does not provide comparative independent image tests. For your own choice, consider the qualities that matter in your use:
- How faces and skin tones look in daylight and indoors.
- Whether focus works reliably at typical selfie distances.
- How much detail and noise you get in low light.
- Whether the listed front-video modes meet your needs.
- The live price for the particular memory configuration you intend to buy.
How to check a 20MP phone listing before buying
- Confirm the exact model and India variant. Match the full model name on the retailer page to the manufacturer’s specification page.
- Verify the front camera on the product specification page. Check the selfie camera itself, not a rear-camera resolution or a broad category label.
- Match the price to the memory configuration. A price for one RAM and storage variant may not apply to another.
- Check current stock and checkout price with the seller. Comparison-site prices can change, and listed prices may vary by store and location, as MySmartPrice notes for its October 2026 under-₹20,000 selfie-phone list.
Category pages are not a substitute for model-level verification. For example, the 91mobiles page labelled for 20MP front-camera phones includes examples that its own specifications identify as having 32MP or 50MP front cameras. Giznext’s opened page is marked as updated 26 April 2026, so it does not establish October 2026 pricing. Treat a phone as a match only after checking its own specifications and the date of its price listing.

Are there other 20MP options in the October 2026 lists?
Smartprix’s dated list also shows the Redmi Note 14 at ₹16,499, POCO F7 5G at ₹35,999, Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G at ₹31,999, POCO X8 Pro at ₹42,990, POCO X8 Pro Max at ₹48,999 and Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G at ₹25,899. These are list entries, not a verified 20MP shortlist or recommendation ranking. The cited information does not independently confirm the exact front-camera specification for each of these India variants, so verify each model with the manufacturer before treating it as a 20MP match. Their prices are dated entries, not confirmed current checkout prices.
