Fisher & Paykel lists capacity at 15 place settings. The loading features include a full-width cutlery and utensil tray, an adjustable upper rack and lower-basket space for plates up to 320 mm. Published top-basket clearance is 200 mm with the cutlery tray fitted and 250 mm with it removed. These measurements help with planning, but they do not establish how easily a particular set of dishes will load.

Drying, steam and noise
The manufacturer describes fan-assisted drying and automatic door opening at the end of a cycle. It also describes an air curtain intended to direct steam away from the adjacent benchtop. Auto-opening may matter if you prefer a closed door after a cycle, and the kitchen layout may affect whether the feature suits your routine. The description does not independently establish drying results or prove that nearby cabinetry or benchtops are protected.

The New Zealand product page lists noise emissions of 42 dBA. Treat that as a manufacturer-published specification for that market, not a measurement of sound in your kitchen; installation, room acoustics and surroundings can affect what you hear.
Published water, energy and carbon figures
The New Zealand listing gives 11.1 L per wash cycle, 206 kWh per year, a 4.5-star energy rating and a 5.5-star WELS water rating. These are market-specific published figures, not predictions of a particular household’s consumption. Annual use and ratings depend on the applicable market’s testing and labelling context.
The same New Zealand page gives an in-use carbon estimate of 19.6 kg CO2e per year, while the Australian page surfaced a different estimate of 125.7 kg CO2e per year. These are country-specific estimates influenced by local factors such as grid emissions; they are not interchangeable or universal product characteristics. Check the current listing for your market rather than comparing the figures as though they used identical conditions.

It recommends a household water softener where water is hard, and dishwasher cleaner or descaler regularly or when limescale appears. The guide also advises using rinse aid and increasing its setting in hard-water conditions. Follow the applicable manual and local water conditions rather than applying a fixed schedule to every home.
