123RF may suit buyers who need stock media regularly or want one place for images, video, audio, vectors, fonts, and AI tools. The choice is mainly between a renewing subscription for frequent downloads and credits for occasional purchases. Before paying, check the current price, daily download limit, and license scope for the work you plan to publish. This is a plan-and-terms review, not a hands-on test of asset quality, search performance, or cancellation.
What does 123RF offer?
123RF is an online stock-content service with photos, vectors, video, audio, and fonts, alongside its PLUS subscription options, credit purchases, and AI Suite. Its official product page also describes a daily download limit even where a plan is advertised as offering “unlimited downloads.” Check the active plan details rather than treating that phrase as unlimited daily use. 123RF product page
The service’s catalog count is not included here: different versions of the product page surfaced different figures, so a count would need to be checked against the page shown to you at checkout.
How much does 123RF cost?
At the time the official product page was reviewed in 2026, it showed PLUS at $24.50 per month, PLUS Team from $16.10 per month per seat, and credits from $7.95 per image. These are observed starting prices, not guaranteed checkout totals; location, billing term, promotions, credit quantity, and later price changes may affect the offer. 123RF product page

|---|---|---|---|
| PLUS | $24.50 per month on the official product page at research time in 2026 | Subscription; renews automatically unless cancelled. Check the selected offer for its precise term. | Individuals who expect to download content regularly. |
| PLUS Team | From $16.10 per month per seat on the official product page at research time in 2026 | Subscription; renews automatically unless cancelled. Check the selected offer for its precise term. | Teams that need multiple seats and should confirm how seats and permitted use are defined. |
| Credits | From $7.95 per image on the official product page at research time in 2026 | On-demand packs are described by 123RF as valid for one year. Confirm the expiry and pack conditions for the selected purchase. | Buyers who need fewer images or prefer not to maintain a monthly subscription. |
123RF’s support page says subscriptions offer lower per-image prices but last a month and renew automatically unless cancelled, while on-demand packs are positioned for buyers who need fewer images. It offers “more than five images a month” as a rule of thumb for considering a subscription; that is the company’s guidance, not an independent cost comparison. 123RF support page
Subscription or credits: how should you choose?
- Estimate your actual monthly downloads. Compare the selected subscription’s total cost and limits with the credit pack you would use; the company’s five-image suggestion is only a starting point.
- Check the time window. A subscription renews unless cancelled; credit packs are described as lasting one year. Verify the active offer’s expiry and billing conditions before purchase.
- Account for the daily limit. “Unlimited downloads” does not mean unlimited downloads each day according to 123RF’s product FAQ. Look for the applicable limit on the plan you are considering.
- For a team, count seats and confirm permitted use. The Team price is per seat, and the license agreement—not the seat label alone—determines permitted use.
- Check legal protection and license scope. The product comparison lists liability caps of $25,000 for PLUS and credits, $5,000 for PLUS Team, and up to $100,000 for Enterprise. These are figures stated by 123RF, not a substitute for the selected plan’s agreement; verify the applicable cap and conditions before relying on it. 123RF product page
What do 123RF’s Standard and Extended licenses allow?
The distinction matters most when an asset will appear in a large print run or on a product for sale. 123RF’s product page describes Standard as covering social, web, email, and mobile uses, with print runs up to 500,000; it says Standard does not permit use on merchandise for sale. The same page describes Extended as permitting unlimited print runs and merchandise for sale. These summaries are not a replacement for the applicable license agreement. 123RF product page
The Standard License page also summarizes restrictions on resale and on using content as a core design element. It says assets already used remain license-protected if a plan ends. Read the agreement for the specific asset and use, especially if your project involves templates, redistribution, multiple seats, merchandise, or another end product. A royalty-free license grants permission under stated terms; it does not transfer copyright ownership. 123RF Standard License page
What should buyers know about 123RF’s AI tools?
123RF’s AI Generator terms put responsibility for the user’s inputs and generated outputs on the user. In the terms’ words: “You are solely responsible for the Output, including that it does not violate any applicable law or infringe any rights.” The agreement also gives 123RF a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use inputs and outputs, including to reproduce, adapt, display, resell, sublicense, and distribute them. 123RF AI Generator Terms of Service
The terms do not warrant that AI output can be copyrighted or trademarked, or that it will be non-infringing; they also warn that output may not be unique and may be inaccurate. The agreement specifies Singapore law and arbitration in Singapore. Review the current terms before uploading confidential material or using generated work in a high-risk commercial setting. 123RF AI Generator Terms of Service

Search results surfaced both favorable and unfavorable individual comments on G2 and Trustpilot, but excerpts do not establish a representative distribution, stable aggregate rating, or typical customer experience. No independent test of 123RF’s download speed, search relevance, asset quality, or cancellation process was conducted. Treat those aspects as unverified rather than inferring performance from isolated reviews. G2 · Trustpilot
