识别并处理 SIM/eSIM 劫持
突然无服务、无法接收电话短信，同时收到 SIM 激活、号码转移或账户变更通知，是高风险组合。用其他电话拨打运营商账单上的官方客服：
- 确认是否发生 SIM/eSIM 更换、号码转移或账户资料修改。
- 重新取得号码控制权并设置运营商账户 PIN、转移保护和变更通知。
- 立即保护邮箱、银行和支付账户，告知银行验证码可能被拦截。
- 把重要账户验证改为身份验证器、passkey 或安全密钥。
确认恶意软件后如何清除
- 保存截图、时间线和可疑应用信息。
- 卸载不信任的应用并撤销其敏感权限；更新系统和全部应用。
- 运行 Play Protect，或在 iPhone 上完成账户、权限、设备和配置检查。
- 从可信设备更改重要账户密码，检查登录、付款和短信记录。
- 若恶意行为持续、应用无法删除、陌生设备管理/辅助功能/VPN 被控制，或设备曾 root/jailbreak，备份必要资料后恢复出厂设置。
恢复出厂会删除本机数据和证据，恢复完整备份也可能带回问题；应提前迁移身份验证器、恢复码和 passkey。它不能修复云端账户被盗、SIM 劫持或银行欺诈。涉及跟踪者、家庭暴力、企业调查或法律取证时，先咨询专业机构。CISA 建议同时加密设备、备份数据并保护恢复密钥：CISA 数据保护指南。
第三方安全软件该不该装
Android 的第三方工具可补充恶意应用、网页和身份泄露检查，但不能替代 Play Protect、更新、权限审查和多因素认证；不要同时运行多个安全套件。iPhone 应用通常不能自由扫描整个 iOS，主要提供钓鱼拦截、电话过滤、VPN、密码管理或泄露监控，因此不存在“装一个杀毒软件就能证明 iPhone 安全”。购买前核对扫描范围、隐私政策、自动续费和卸载路径。

长期保护清单
- 使用较长 PIN 或字母数字密码、自动锁定；高风险场景可暂时关闭生物识别。FTC 建议至少六位设备密码：FTC 手机保护指南。

常见误区
- “电池耗电快就是被黑。”老化电池、信号差和视频同样常见。
- “没有陌生应用就安全。”账户、浏览器、云备份和 SIM 仍可能被攻击。
- “恢复出厂解决一切。”它不能夺回账户或号码，也可能销毁证据。
- “HTTPS、VPN 或短信二次验证绝对安全。”它们不能阻止你在假网站输入密码，也不能抵御所有号码劫持。
- “陌生 VPN 一定是黑客。”它也可能来自公司、学校、家长控制或安全软件，先确认来源。
