两台电脑在身边，可用 Windows“附近共享”快速发送；在同一局域网内，设置共享文件夹更适合反复访问；电脑相隔较远时，可用 OneDrive 同步；没有网络时，则用外接存储设备手动复制。关键区别是：同步会把更改和删除传到其他设备，而外接设备可保留一份独立副本。
先选适合的传输方式

附近的 Windows 电脑：使用“附近共享”
附近共享适合一次性把文件交给身边的另一台 Windows 电脑。发送前，两台电脑都要开启该功能，并将可共享对象设置为适合当前任务的范围。

- 在两台电脑上打开“设置” >“系统” >“附近共享”，选择允许哪些设备共享或接收内容。
- 在发送电脑的文件资源管理器中选中文件，选择“共享”，然后选择接收电脑。
- 在接收电脑出现提示时，选择“保存”或“保存并打开”。
微软说明，Windows 10 接收电脑需要版本 1803 或更高版本。使用最新版本 Windows 11 的发送电脑时，如果 Windows 10 或 Windows 11 接收电脑连接到同一个专用 Wi-Fi 网络，可以通过 Wi-Fi 共享；不满足该条件时，可能使用蓝牙。当前 Windows 10 已结束支持，仍使用它的电脑还应考虑安全和后续迁移安排。查看微软的附近共享说明与排查建议

限制附近可见范围
如果只在自己的设备之间传文件，优先选择“我的设备”之类的限定范围。微软提醒，选择“所有人（附近）”时，附近设备可获知电脑名称和蓝牙 MAC 地址。

同一局域网：共享文件夹并按需映射为网络驱动器
Windows 网络文件共享适用于连接到同一个家庭或工作场所网络的电脑。微软将这类共享明确界定为局域网（LAN）内的文件或文件夹共享；它不是让异地电脑通过互联网访问文件的方法。
- 在文件资源管理器中右键单击要共享的文件或文件夹；如菜单中没有相应选项，先选择“显示更多选项”。
- 选择“授予访问权限” >“特定人员”，再选择需要访问的网络用户。
- 要让这个共享位置以后更容易打开，在接收电脑上打开“此电脑”，选择“映射网络驱动器”，然后浏览或输入共享文件夹路径。可以选择在登录时重新连接。
- 临时共享结束后，移除不再需要的访问权限。
如需在资源管理器的“网络”视图中查找电脑，必须启用网络发现。连接失败时，也要确认源电脑开机且账户拥有相应权限。微软网络共享指南提供了共享和映射网络驱动器的操作说明。

电脑不在同一地点：通过 OneDrive 同步
如果希望在不同地点的电脑上使用同一批文件，可在各台电脑上登录相应的 OneDrive 账户，并选择需要同步的文件夹。Windows 中 OneDrive 集成在文件资源管理器，macOS 中则集成在 Finder。同步需要网络连接；文件同步完成后，也可以离线访问已下载到本机的文件。

Windows 上的“文件按需”可显示云端文件，而不必把每个文件都下载到设备。要在断网时使用某个文件，应先确认它已同步并且在本地可用；仅显示在文件列表中的云端文件未必已经下载。

同步不是独立备份
在 OneDrive 文件夹中编辑或删除内容后，这些更改会同步到云端和其他设备。因此，如果目的是留存不受后续修改影响的副本，应另行复制到外接存储设备，而不是把同步文件夹当作独立归档。微软 OneDrive 同步说明介绍了设备间同步的使用方式。
没有网络：使用外接存储设备
外接 SSD、外置硬盘或 USB 闪存盘都可作为离线传输介质。选择时核对容量是否足以容纳要搬运的文件，以及接口和文件系统是否兼容两台电脑；现有资料不足以据此比较具体型号或传输速度。

- 将存储设备连接到源电脑，把需要的文件夹复制进去。
- 在设备中浏览并确认文件确实存在、内容可读取。微软也建议通过浏览外接驱动器核验文件位置。
- 使用系统提供的“弹出”功能后再拔下设备。
- 将设备连接到目标电脑，再把文件复制到预定位置。
迁移到新电脑时，检查常用位置，避免遗漏散落在不同文件夹里的内容：文档、桌面、下载、音乐、图片和视频。微软外接存储迁移指南列出了使用外接设备复制文件的流程。

- 附近共享找不到接收电脑：确认两台电脑支持并启用了附近共享，接收设备对发送者可见，且两台设备距离足够近。专用网络设置和连接条件也可能影响传输；不要把关闭防火墙当作常规排错步骤。微软附近共享排查说明
- 局域网共享无法打开：确认两台电脑在同一网络、源电脑已开机、网络发现已启用，并检查当前账户是否有共享权限。微软网络共享说明
- OneDrive 文件在另一台电脑上不完整或打不开：先等待同步完成，并确认目标文件已下载到本机，再断开网络。微软 OneDrive 同步说明
- 外接设备上的文件缺失：拔出前先浏览设备确认复制结果，并通过“弹出”安全断开；如果已经拔出，重新连接源电脑核对后再传一次。微软外接存储迁移指南
仍在使用 Windows 10 时要考虑支持状态
微软对 Windows 10 的支持已于 2025 年 10 月 14 日结束；此后不再提供免费的安全更新或支持。文件仍可按上述方式传输，但在继续使用旧系统时，应把它视为已不受支持的环境，并规划迁移到受支持的系统或设备。微软：Windows 10 支持将于 2025 年 10 月 14 日结束
