三星官方资料给出的 2TB 版本 TurboWrite 缓存耗尽后顺序写入参考值约为 1,750MB/s,随机写入约为 420K IOPS。这是官方测试条件下的数据,不是所有电脑都能复现的保证值。评测时如果只运行一次 1GiB CrystalDiskMark,往往测到的主要是缓存内性能;更有意义的测试应同时使用 64GiB 或 128GiB 文件,并进行数百 GB 的连续写入。
TLC、独立 DRAM 的意义
TLC 相比 QLC 更适合频繁写入,通常也能提供更好的持续性能和耐久度。它并不意味着可以无限量维持最高速度,因为 SLC 缓存仍会耗尽。
独立 DRAM 用于映射表和缓存管理。在较高负载、随机访问和长时间写入中,它通常比完全依赖 HMB 的设计更有余量。不过,这不代表所有日常任务都会明显快于无 DRAM SSD;办公和普通游戏更多时候受工作负载本身限制。

真实性能应该怎样测试
三星历史官方测试曾使用 Intel Core i7-7700K、32GB DDR4-2400 和 Windows 10。这样的成绩不能直接代表现代电脑表现。完整评测至少应记录 CPU、主板、M.2 插槽的 PCIe 代际、BIOS、操作系统、SSD 固件、测试容量和散热方式。
建议测试以下项目:
- CrystalDiskMark 1GiB、64GiB 或 128GiB 文件,分别记录 Q1T1 和 Q8T1;
- 空盘、半盘和接近满盘状态;
- 写入超过 SLC 缓存容量的大文件,并记录降速节点和最低持续速度;
- 多文件复制、解压、游戏安装、磁盘克隆和虚拟机镜像写入;
- 空闲、游戏安装和连续写入时的温度。
不能根据一次基准测试就宣称“实际使用速度为 3,300MB/s”,也不能把顺序写入速度提高一倍直接推导为游戏加载时间提高一倍。游戏加载还受到随机访问、CPU 解压、引擎初始化和文件结构影响。
耐久度:1,200TBW 足够吗?
三星为 2TB 版本提供 1,200TBW 或五年有限保修,以先到者为准。这属于保修耐久度指标,不是达到该数字后必然损坏,也不是实际寿命承诺。查看三星保修说明

用简单除法换算:
- 每天写入 100GB,1,200TB 约相当于 32.9 年;
- 每天写入 300GB,约相当于 11 年;
- 每天写入 1TB,约相当于 3.3 年。
这些数字没有考虑写放大、温度、掉电和其他环境因素,也不会延长五年保修期限。系统盘和游戏盘通常很难达到极高的日写入量,但视频制作、虚拟机和频繁备份用户应更重视缓存耗尽后的表现。无论 SSD 的 TBW 多高,都不能替代独立备份。
温度、散热与兼容性
三星列出的工作温度为 0–70°C,并建议保持良好气流。台式机主板自带 M.2 散热片时通常更容易控制温度;笔记本则要考虑底壳空间、单面安装限制和显卡或处理器附近的热源。高温通常首先表现为降速,而不是立即故障。
安装散热片时,要撕掉导热垫保护膜并确保接触良好;薄型笔记本不要随意加装厚散热片,以免顶压底壳。

购买或安装前确认:
- 设备有 M.2 2280 插槽;
- 插槽支持 NVMe,而非仅支持 SATA M.2;
- 插槽至少提供 PCIe 3.0 x4,或接受较低通道数带来的性能损失;
- 主板说明书没有因启用 M.2 而禁用关键 SATA 接口;
- 笔记本 BIOS 支持 NVMe 启动;
- 系统迁移时 UEFI/GPT 与原系统启动模式匹配。
在 PCIe 4.0 主板上,970 EVO Plus 会向下运行在 PCIe 3.0 速度,不会获得 PCIe 4.0 性能。迁移 Windows 后如果无法启动,应检查 BIOS 中的 Windows Boot Manager、UEFI/Legacy、GPT/MBR、Intel RST/VMD 设置以及启动顺序。

购买建议与二手检查
适合买:PCIe 3.0 主板升级、需要 2TB TLC、重视独立 DRAM和成熟度,且价格明显低于同容量 PCIe 4.0 TLC SSD。

不宜买:PCIe 4.0 平台中价格接近新款 PCIe 4.0 TLC SSD;需要最高顺序速度;或产品来自无法确认来源的二手、翻新、OEM渠道。
二手或拆机盘应检查完整型号、序列号、固件、SMART健康度、总主机写入量、通电次数、坏块信息和保修凭证。长期销售的产品可能存在控制器、NAND或固件修订差异,因此不要仅凭“970 EVO Plus 2TB”就假设所有批次内部硬件完全一致。操作系统显示的可用容量也会低于标称 2TB,因为厂商按十进制计算容量,且部分空间用于系统文件和维护。
放入 USB 外置盒或转接卡后,通常无法发挥内置 PCIe 3.0 x4 的性能;RAID环境也可能限制 Samsung Magician 的识别和管理功能。
