बच्चों के रिकॉर्ड किए गए वीडियो YouTube पर लगातार दिखाने का तरीका encoder-आधारित live stream है: अपने वीडियो को किसी ऐसे encoder या cloud service में दें जो उन्हें playlist में चला सके, फिर उस encoder को YouTube Live Control Room के stream key से जोड़ें। लेकिन YouTube के आधिकारिक निर्देश किसी खास playlist को अनंत loop पर लगाने या encoder और internet failure के बाद उसे अपने आप restart करने की विधि तय नहीं करते। इसलिए loop और recovery की सुविधा जिस टूल में चुनें, उसे पहले परखें; uninterrupted 24/7 uptime का अनुमान न लगाएं। शुरू करने से पहले हर वीडियो को सही audience designation दें और उसके सभी audio-video rights जांचें।
पहले तय करें: बच्चों के लिए बना है या नहीं
YouTube सभी creators से हर वीडियो का audience designation मांगता है, चाहे वे किसी भी देश में हों। बच्चों को target करने वाली सामग्री को सही रूप से “made for kids” चिह्नित करना creator की जिम्मेदारी है। फैसला केवल वीडियो में बच्चों के दिखने पर नहीं, बल्कि उसके विषय, intended audience, भाषा, बच्चों को आकर्षित करने वाले पात्रों या खिलौनों, गीतों-कहानियों, गतिविधियों और उपलब्ध audience evidence जैसे कारकों पर करें। YouTube के Made for Kids factors और audience settings देखें।
YouTube Help कहता है: “Regardless of your location, you’re legally required to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and/or other laws.” यह platform की requirement बताता है, भारत के कानून की पूरी व्याख्या या कानूनी सलाह नहीं है। भारत में लागू privacy और child-protection नियमों के लिए संबंधित आधिकारिक स्थानीय जानकारी या योग्य कानूनी सलाह लें।
Made for kids designation से live chat, comments, personalized ads और Save to playlist जैसी सुविधाएं बंद या सीमित हो सकती हैं। इसे reach या revenue के लिए बदलने की सलाह न मानें। YouTube कहता है कि made-for-kids वीडियो अन्य kids’ videos के साथ recommend होने की अधिक संभावना रखते हैं, लेकिन इससे किसी निश्चित reach की गारंटी नहीं मिलती। विवरण के लिए YouTube का Made for Kids FAQ देखें।

24/7 playlist के लिए क्या चाहिए
- वीडियो और उनके अधिकार: playlist में हर वीडियो, संगीत और दूसरे audiovisual element को प्रसारित करने का अधिकार आपके पास होना चाहिए।
- YouTube channel: live streaming के लिए channel verified हो, उस पर पिछले 90 दिनों में live-stream restriction न हो, और streamer की उम्र कम-से-कम 16 वर्ष हो। पात्रता और setup के लिए YouTube के live streaming setup निर्देश देखें।
- Encoder या cloud service: encoder रिकॉर्ड किए गए वीडियो को live signal के रूप में YouTube तक भेजता है। लगातार प्रसारण के लिए आपके चुने हुए tool में playlist looping चाहिए; अगर आप चाहते हैं कि interruption पर प्रसारण फिर शुरू हो, तो recovery भी अलग से जांचें। YouTube का encoder मार्ग इन सुविधाओं की गारंटी नहीं देता।
- अपलोड connection: stream का resolution और frame rate ऐसा चुनें जिसे encoder से YouTube तक उपलब्ध upload connection संभाल सके। सिर्फ download speed देखकर फैसला न करें।
- निगरानी: stream शुरू होने के बाद Live Control Room में stream health देखें और खराब होने पर कार्रवाई के लिए कोई व्यक्ति या जांची हुई recovery व्यवस्था तय रखें।
YouTube mobile, webcam, encoder और console को live जाने के विकल्पों में गिनता है। रिकॉर्ड किए गए वीडियो को लगातार प्रसारित करने के लिए encoder वाला workflow उपयोगी आधार है; आधिकारिक setup सामग्री किसी खास 24/7 playlist automation system का निर्देश नहीं देती।
Encoder से YouTube Live पर playlist चलाने का तरीका
- Audience designation तय करें। Live stream सेट करते समय Live Control Room में audience का विकल्प चुनें। यदि प्रसारित सामग्री बच्चों के लिए बनी है, तो उसी के अनुसार designation दें; सुविधा-सीमाओं से बचने के लिए इसे गलत न चुनें।
- वीडियो और playlist तैयार करें। उन रिकॉर्डिंग को व्यवस्थित करें जिन्हें प्रसारित करने का अधिकार आपके पास है। चुने हुए encoder में playlist, repeat/loop और failure के बाद restart के विकल्प मौजूद हैं या नहीं, उसकी अपनी मदद-सामग्री में जांचें। एक छोटा परीक्षण चलाकर क्रम, transition, audio और loop व्यवहार देख लें। YouTube Help किसी encoder का loop-setting path नहीं बताता, इसलिए इसे Live Control Room में मौजूद सुविधा न समझें।
- Live Control Room में stream सेट करें। YouTube के setup निर्देशों के अनुसार live stream शुरू करें और Live Control Room में stream details व audience सेट करें। Encoder से कनेक्ट करने के लिए YouTube का stream key लें।
- Stream key encoder में जोड़ें। Encoder में YouTube destination चुनें और Live Control Room से मिला key डालें। Key को पासवर्ड की तरह गोपनीय रखें; इसे सार्वजनिक न करें। यदि key उजागर हो जाए, तो YouTube की stream settings में उसे बदलें और encoder में नया key अपडेट करें।
- सुरक्षित ingestion और गुणवत्ता चुनें। YouTube secure delivery के लिए RTMPS की अनुशंसा करता है। Resolution, frame rate और bitrate चुनते समय YouTube की encoder settings और bitrate तालिका देखें। तालिका के मान connection की क्षमता की गारंटी नहीं हैं; अपने वास्तविक upload connection पर उपयुक्त विकल्प तय करें।
- पहले परीक्षण, फिर प्रसारण। YouTube शुरू करने से पहले upload bitrate जांचने और audio तथा movement के साथ test करने की सलाह देता है। Live होने पर stream-health messages देखें। आवाज, चित्र, playlist क्रम और चुनी हुई quality सही होने की पुष्टि के बाद ही इसे लंबे प्रसारण के लिए छोड़ें।
- लंबे प्रसारण की निगरानी तय करें। अपने encoder, computer और internet connection में interruption या power/network failure होने पर क्या होगा, इसे परीक्षण में जांचें। किसी backup power या hardware की क्षमता का अनुमान बिना workload और स्थानीय परिस्थितियों के न लगाएं।
Copyright की वजह से stream रुक सकती है
YouTube live streams को third-party content के लिए scan करता है। Match मिलने पर placeholder या चेतावनी दिखाई दे सकती है; सामग्री जारी रहने पर stream अस्थायी रूप से रोकी या समाप्त की जा सकती है। YouTube के अनुसार, लाइसेंस प्राप्त सामग्री भी बाधित हो सकती है यदि rights owner ने channel को Content ID allowlist में न जोड़ा हो। इसलिए playlist के हर video, music track और अन्य audiovisual हिस्से के अधिकार जांचें और जरूरत पड़ने पर rights owner से allowlisting की पुष्टि करें। विवरण YouTube के live-stream copyright नियमों में हैं।
