Live access और audience setting जाँचें
YouTube की सामान्य live-streaming guidance के अनुसार channel verified होना चाहिए, पिछले 90 दिनों में live-streaming restriction नहीं होनी चाहिए और live streaming के लिए न्यूनतम आयु 16 वर्ष है। Encoder से stream करना समर्थित तरीका है। YouTube Studio के Go Live / Live Control Room में encoder stream बनाएं और वहीं से मौजूदा stream key तथा ingest details लें। Labels बदल सकते हैं, इसलिए बटन के नाम में अंतर हो तो वर्तमान YouTube Help को प्राथमिकता दें। YouTube: live streaming शुरू करने की जानकारी

OBS से YouTube Live तक सेटअप
- Files तैयार करें: जिन स्थानीय video files को प्रसारित करने की अनुमति है, उन्हें चुनें। एक file के लिए Media Source चुनें; कई files के लिए VLC Video source का उपयोग करें।
- Scene और source जोड़ें: OBS में Scene चुनें या बनाएं। Sources के + से Media Source या VLC Video जोड़ें। Media Source में Local File चुनकर Loop चालू करें। VLC Video में अपनी अधिकृत files playlist में जोड़ें, Loop Playlist चालू रखें और चाहें तो Shuffle Playlist चुनें।
- Preview जाँचें: OBS preview में picture, crop/aspect ratio, audio और एक file से दूसरी file के transition को देखें। सुनिश्चित करें कि हर source उसी media को चला रहा है जिसे आप प्रसारित करना चाहते हैं।
- YouTube encoder stream बनाएं: YouTube Studio में Go Live / Live Control Room खोलें, encoder stream बनाएं और वहां दिखाई गई stream key तथा ingest configuration लें। OBS के Settings → Stream में YouTube या YouTube द्वारा बताए गए encoder विकल्प चुनकर विवरण भरें। Stream key को password की तरह गोपनीय रखें।
- छोटा test करें: पहले Private या Unlisted test stream शुरू करके YouTube preview/stream health और OBS output में audio, video, ratio, playlist transition तथा loop देखें। Private या Unlisted test भी सार्वजनिक रूप से प्रसारण के अधिकार का विकल्प नहीं है।
- Live शुरू करें और निगरानी रखें: Test ठीक हो तो YouTube Live Control Room और OBS के वर्तमान निर्देशों के अनुसार stream शुरू करें। 24/7 संचालन में OBS चलाने वाले कंप्यूटर, बिजली, internet connection और YouTube stream status पर निगरानी रखें; failure पर फिर से शुरू करने की योजना भी बनाएं।
Resolution, bitrate और keyframe के लिए क्या सेट करें
Resolution, frame rate, bitrate और keyframe interval का कोई एक मान हर video और connection के लिए सही नहीं होता। यहां कोई निश्चित encoder संख्या स्थापित नहीं है, इसलिए अनुमान से bitrate या keyframe value न भरें। YouTube Studio की मौजूदा encoder instructions में अपने चुने हुए resolution और frame rate के लिए जो मान दिए जाएं, उन्हीं का अनुसरण करें; फिर stream health और preview से पुष्टि करें। OBS और YouTube के interface तथा प्रसारण दिशानिर्देश बदल सकते हैं।

Loop विकल्प media playback को दोहराता है; वह uptime सुनिश्चित नहीं करता। यदि OBS वाला कंप्यूटर बंद हो, बिजली या इंटरनेट चला जाए, encoder रुक जाए या YouTube stream बाधित हो, तो प्रसारण रुक सकता है। लगातार चलाने के लिए मशीन और connection को चालू रखना, status देखना और समस्या पर stream फिर शुरू करना आपकी संचालन योजना का हिस्सा होना चाहिए। उपलब्ध OBS और YouTube मार्गदर्शन कोई uptime guarantee नहीं देता।

समस्याएँ आएं तो ये जाँचें
- VLC Video source उपलब्ध नहीं या playlist नहीं चल रही: VLC installed है या नहीं देखें। 64-bit OBS के साथ 64-bit VLC रखें; फिर OBS में source और playlist दोबारा जाँचें।
- एक video खत्म होने पर फिर शुरू नहीं होता: Media Source की properties खोलकर Loop चालू है या नहीं देखें।
- कई videos खत्म होने पर playlist नहीं दोहरती: VLC Video source की properties में Loop Playlist जाँचें। क्रम बदलना हो तो Shuffle Playlist की स्थिति देखें।
- YouTube preview में stream नहीं आती: YouTube Studio में मौजूदा encoder stream और ingest details देखें; OBS के Settings → Stream में platform/ingest और stream key का मिलान करें। Stream key सार्वजनिक हो गई हो तो उसे गोपनीय मानकर YouTube Studio से नई key लें।
- Stream चलती है लेकिन picture, audio या transition गलत है: OBS preview में चुने गए source, स्थानीय file और audio तथा YouTube preview/stream health जाँचें; public जाने से पहले छोटा test दोहराएं।
- लाइसेंस होने के बावजूद stream रुकती है: Rights holder से YouTube Content ID allowlisting की प्रक्रिया पूछें। License अपने-आप detection या interruption रोकने की गारंटी नहीं देता।
- Computer या connection रुकने पर stream बंद हो जाती है: OBS के local loop से hardware या internet failure का समाधान नहीं होता। अपनी मशीन, बिजली, connection और restart निगरानी व्यवस्था जाँचें, या cloud विकल्प पर विचार करें।
Cartoon livestream और monetization: दो अलग जाँचें
किसी cartoon को प्रसारित करने की अनुमति होना अपने-आप YouTube monetization eligibility नहीं बनाता। YouTube की 15 जुलाई 2025 की policy note ने “repetitious content” का नाम बदलकर “inauthentic content” किया और स्पष्ट किया कि repetitive या mass-produced content monetization के लिए अयोग्य हो सकता है। Reused-content समीक्षा अलग है: पहले से मौजूद सामग्री को सार्थक मौलिक commentary, बदलाव या शिक्षा/मनोरंजन मूल्य के बिना दोबारा इस्तेमाल करना समस्या बन सकता है—भले copyright permission हो। YouTube channel monetization policies
