Overview

Selligent supports both one-time campaigns and always-on customer journeys. Marketers can construct custom flows around audience stages and customer data, apply dynamic content, and automate cadence plans. Responsive templates let teams adapt messages across channels, making the product better suited to coordinated lifecycle programs than to a narrowly focused email tool.

Audience management includes AI-driven recommendations for targeting. Real-time campaign updates and detailed reports help teams identify trends and patterns while programs are running. These capabilities are useful for organizations managing many audiences and touchpoints, although smaller teams may find the breadth unnecessary.

Key features

Journeys and messaging

Custom journey flows and responsive content templates support cross-channel campaign design. Documented endpoints cover SMS, MMS, RCS, mobile push, social, and custom channels. Mobile messaging can use push notifications, in-app notifications, or both. This range supports coordinated outreach, while the journey builder gives marketers more control than a simple broadcast workflow.

Audience, profiles, and reporting

Selligent provides real-time customer profiles and audience activation, with AI-assisted targeting recommendations. Reporting combines live campaign updates with detailed reports for trend analysis. The combination is suited to teams that need to adjust targeting and monitor performance across continuing journeys rather than review isolated sends.

Data and integrations

Documented business-system connectors include Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, Shopify, Adobe Commerce, and Snowflake. Bidirectional synchronization is supported with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SugarCRM, CDM solutions, and Adobe Commerce. The Integrations Hub also includes Meta, Google Customer Match, Snapchat, and X for social advertising. Zeta requires customers to contact it to activate advertising integrations and configure the necessary plugins, adding coordination to that part of implementation.

APIs and security

An API Explorer lets teams view and execute GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE operations. Outbound mutual TLS is available for web custom components and plugins on request, with a dedicated certificate for each customer. Zeta Login supports single sign-on through Okta, Azure, and Ping One; multifactor authentication is mandatory for users without SSO.

Privacy and support

Zeta says Selligent processes personal data solely as a service provider for its clients. The Consumer Information Management tool supports requests to obtain personal information, unsubscribe, or remove data, helping teams handle GDPR and CCPA workflows. In-house experts and specialist partners assist with implementation, while Customer Success provides best-practice guidance. Customers can also open support tickets through the Selligent portal or contact their Zeta representative.

Pricing

Selligent uses paid, custom pricing. The Selligent plan has no published price and is offered through a demo request. There is no free plan, trial term, seat allowance, message quota, or renewal term stated. Enterprise buyers should therefore budget for a sales-led evaluation and confirm implementation, usage, and support costs before committing. The absence of a public price makes direct comparison harder, but custom commercial terms may suit organizations whose data volumes and channel mix require a tailored agreement.

Platforms

Selligent is offered on web, iOS, Android, and through an API. The documented channel endpoints extend to mobile and messaging systems, while the API supports integrations and custom components. No desktop application is identified.

Who it's for

Selligent is aimed at enterprise marketing teams that need personalized campaigns and always-on journeys across email, mobile, social, and other digital channels. It is a strong fit when CRM, commerce, customer-data, and advertising systems must work together and when teams need audience activation, real-time profiles, and operational support. Smaller organizations or teams seeking a transparent, self-service price may be better served elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros

Broad journey orchestration: One-time campaigns, always-on flows, dynamic content, and cadence plans cover complex lifecycle programs.
Extensive data connectivity: CRM, commerce, CDM, advertising, and Snowflake connectors support synchronized customer data.
Enterprise controls: SSO, mandatory multifactor authentication for non-SSO users, mutual TLS, and privacy-request tooling address governance needs.
Implementation support: Zeta combines specialist partners, in-house experts, Customer Success, and portal support.

Cons

No public price: Buyers must request a demo and negotiate custom terms.
Advertising setup requires Zeta: Social integrations need activation and plugin configuration through the vendor.
Enterprise scope adds overhead: Teams without complex data or channel requirements may not benefit from the platform’s breadth.

Alternatives

Verdict

Choose Selligent if you are an enterprise marketing team coordinating personalized journeys across multiple channels and need CRM, commerce, audience, and reporting capabilities in one platform. Its main advantage is the breadth of orchestration and integrations; look elsewhere if transparent pricing, self-service onboarding, or a smaller operational footprint matters more.
