Overview

Pitchsite combines proposal and offer creation with client activity tracking, built-in e-signatures and online payment collection. CRM integrations, custom branding and analytics and reporting add reach beyond the proposal itself. That mix suits work where clients need to review, sign and pay without treating each step as a separate task.

The main constraint is throughput: every plan limits proposals and offers, except that the Starter plan raises those allowances rather than removing them. Teams with unpredictable or high proposal volume should weigh those caps before committing.

Key features

Proposal workflow

Built-in e-signatures and online payment collection can carry a client from proposal to signed agreement and payment within the service. Client activity tracking and analytics and reporting help users follow engagement, while CRM integrations connect Pitchsite to CRM workflows. Custom branding gives proposals a more tailored presentation.

AI generation and quotas

AI-generation allowances rise from 3 on Free to 20 per month on Solo, then become unlimited on Starter. That makes Starter the clearest fit for users who rely heavily on AI generation; the lower plans preserve access but require attention to a finite monthly quota.

Pricing

Pitchsite is freemium, with monthly billing on its paid plans. Free costs 0.00 USD per free and allows 1 proposal, 1 offer and 3 AI generations. It is a useful way to handle occasional work, but one proposal and one offer leave little room for ongoing client activity.

Solo costs 29.00 USD per month and includes 5 proposals, 3 offers and 20 AI generations per month. It is the more practical entry point for a solo professional with modest, predictable volume; the proposal and offer caps still make it a poor fit for busy periods.

Starter costs 49.00 USD per month, with 20 proposals, 10 offers and unlimited AI generations. It fits regular use and frequent AI generation, but it still caps proposals and offers, so higher-volume users may outgrow it. The cheaper plans give up substantial proposal and offer capacity as well as unlimited AI generation.

Platforms

Pitchsite runs on the web, making it a browser-based option rather than a service with listed mobile or desktop platforms.

Who it's for

Pitchsite is best suited to independent professionals and small teams that send a manageable number of proposals and want signatures, payments, client tracking and reporting alongside them. Free suits a very occasional proposal; Solo suits modest monthly use; Starter is the stronger choice for regular proposal work and substantial AI generation. It is less suitable when proposal or offer volume regularly exceeds the plan caps.

Pros and cons

Pros: Signatures and payment collection sit alongside proposals, reducing the need to split those client steps across separate tools.
Pros: CRM integrations, branding, activity tracking and reporting support a more connected client workflow.
Cons: Free allows just 1 proposal and 1 offer, limiting its usefulness for sustained work.
Cons: Even Starter caps proposals at 20 and offers at 10, which can constrain users with heavier volume.
Cons: Unlimited AI generations require the 49.00 USD per month Starter plan; Solo includes 20 per month.

Alternatives

Proposal Management Software and Proposal Software are useful starting points for comparing the wider categories.

Choose PandaDoc instead if Android or iOS access matters, or if its free plan’s yearly allowance of 60 documents and 2 recipients per document suits your volume. Create My Proposal is an alternative for users who want 3 proposals per month free or unlimited proposals on its 29.00 USD per month Pro plan.

MyProposer may suit users who value a free plan with recurring allowances across proposals, quotes, contracts and invoices, plus 10 AI generations a month. Consider Pactiamo for a free, no-expiry web plan that includes proposal and contract creation, e-signatures, view tracking and payment links.

ClientPoint is another web option, with a Small Business plan priced as low as 42.00 USD/month and features including appointment scheduling, branded virtual meetings, e-signatures and document sharing. Expedience Software, Upland Qvidian and Ombud are paid alternatives; each is web-based, and Expedience Software also supports Windows.

Verdict

Choose Pitchsite if you want a web-based proposal workflow that brings signatures, payment collection and client tracking together, and your proposal volume fits its caps. Starter is the strongest fit for regular use and unlimited AI generation; look elsewhere if you need more than 20 proposals or 10 offers under the published plans.
