Overview

Ordoro brings shipping and multichannel operations into one service, with integrations including Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and QuickBooks Online. The combination is useful for sellers managing several storefronts and carriers, although shipping, inventory, and dropshipping capabilities are split across distinct plans.

This is software, not a fulfillment provider: Ordoro does not own warehouses or physically ship orders. It runs in a browser with an internet connection, with API access on Shipping Premium, inventory plans, and dropshipping plans. Ordoro says it permits HTTPS traffic, requires password logins, and uses controlled facilities managed by providers including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Rackspace. Its databases are in the United States; accessing the service from elsewhere means consenting to personal-data transfer to the United States.

Key features

Shipping

Shipping plans include discounted carrier rates, barcode scanning and pack verification, quick ship, and return labels. Paid tiers add automation rules and batch processing. Rate shopping, label printing, and shipment tracking support the core shipping workflow; the higher-tier automation and batch tools are more relevant once order volume makes manual handling burdensome. The free Shipping Essential plan stops at 100 labels per month, and exceeding that limit temporarily locks the account until an upgrade or the next billing cycle.

Inventory and dropshipping

Inventory tools cover kitting and bundling, automation, analytics, allocation, and warehouse transfers. Premium adds purchase orders, bills of materials, manufacturing orders, stocktakes, and custom forecasting, making it the more complete option for operations that need to manage purchasing and production as well as stock. Dropshipping plans cover order routing, tracking writeback to sales channels, and automation; Premium adds supplier feeds and vendor portals.

These capabilities make Ordoro broader than a shipping-label tool, but the separate inventory and dropshipping subscriptions raise the price of assembling an all-in-one workflow. Sellers who only need shipping may not benefit from paying for those extra operational systems.

Pricing

Ordoro has a free plan and a 15-day trial. Shipping Essential is 0.00 USD per free and includes 100 labels per month, one sales channel, one ship-from location, and one user. That is a narrow starting point for a small seller; the single-seat and single-channel limits, along with the lockout after 100 labels, leave little room for growth.

Shipping Advanced costs 59.00 USD per month, billed $59/mo, and allows 3,000 labels per month, five sales channels, five ship-from locations, and unlimited users. It is the practical step up for a growing shipping operation that needs more capacity and automation. Shipping Premium costs 149.00 USD per month, billed $149/mo, and offers unlimited monthly orders, sales channels, ship-from locations, and users; it suits sellers who have outgrown fixed channel and location limits.

The broader plans carry separate costs. Advanced costs 59.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for 3,000 orders per month, five sales channels, five ship-from locations, and unlimited users. Premium costs 149.00 USD per month, billed monthly, with unlimited sales channels, ship-from locations, and users. The published order limits apply to Advanced, while Premium removes the channel and location ceilings.

Dropshipping Advanced is 299.00 USD per month, billed $299/mo, for 1,000 dropshipments per month with unlimited sales channels, dropship locations, and users. Dropshipping Premium has custom pricing and custom monthly dropshipment volume, retaining unlimited channels, locations, and users. Inventory Advanced costs 349.00 USD per month, billed $349/mo, and Inventory Premium costs 499.00 USD per month, billed $499/mo; both include 1,000 orders per month and unlimited warehouses, sales channels, and users. Premium is the tier for the additional purchasing, manufacturing, stocktake, and forecasting tools. The listed paid options therefore make most sense when the corresponding workflow justifies its own subscription.

Platforms

Ordoro is available on the web and through an API. Browser access avoids a software download, while API access is included on Shipping Premium and inventory and dropshipping plans. Ordoro describes its customer support as U.S.-based, with help for setup, troubleshooting, and everyday workflows.

Who it's for

Ordoro suits ecommerce businesses that need to coordinate shipping with inventory or dropshipping across multiple sales channels, and can justify plan costs as those operations expand. The free shipping tier can serve a very small seller with one user, one channel, and modest label volume. It is a weaker fit for businesses that need physical warehousing and fulfillment, or for small shops that only need basic shipping but expect to exceed the free plan's caps.

Pros and cons

Pro: Shipping, inventory, and dropshipping workflows sit within one platform, reducing the need to coordinate those functions separately.
Pro: Integrations span major ecommerce storefronts and marketplaces as well as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Pro: Paid shipping tiers expand channel, location, and label capacity, with unlimited users on Advanced and Premium.
Con: Shipping Essential is limited to 100 labels monthly, one user, one channel, and one ship-from location; exceeding the label cap triggers a temporary account lock.
Con: Inventory and dropshipping require distinct plans, with listed prices reaching 499.00 USD per month for Inventory Premium and 299.00 USD per month for Dropshipping Advanced.
Con: Ordoro does not physically fulfill orders, so businesses seeking a 3PL must arrange fulfillment elsewhere.
Con: Users outside the United States consent to personal-data transfer there because Ordoro's databases are located in the country.

Alternatives

Order Management Software, Parcel Management Software, and Shipping Software are broader directories for comparing tools in those categories.

Kiero OMS is another freemium option, with a free plan covering 100 orders per month and 500 products; consider it when those limits and its supported platforms suit your needs.

Openship offers a free, self-hosted plan with unlimited shops, channels, orders, and users, plus source code and community support; choose it if self-deployment and those terms are a priority.

Pickgro has a freemium plan for 100 orders per month and 999 catalogue products; it may suit a seller looking for those specific entry limits and its Android, iOS, web, or Windows platforms.

Sellbrite has a Forever Free plan for up to 30 orders per month, with unlimited integrated sales channels, SKUs, and users. It is worth considering for very low order volume where broad channel and user allowances matter more than a higher order cap.

EMERGE offers a Free Forever plan for one user and four quotations, sales, and purchases a month.

Manhattan Active Inventory Replenishment is a paid inventory-replenishment alternative.

ChannelEngine uses custom pricing based on GMV and integration requirements, with a monthly license fee and a success-based fee on incremental marketplace GMV growth; consider it when that pricing model fits your marketplace needs.

EasyEcom 3PL is a paid alternative with Android, API, and web platforms; consider it if a 3PL-focused option is a better match.

Verdict

Choose Ordoro if your ecommerce operation needs shipping alongside inventory or dropshipping workflows and its separate plan costs match the value of consolidating them. Its strongest reason to buy is that breadth across channels and operational tasks; its clearest reason to look elsewhere is the sharp free-tier ceiling, escalating costs for specialized plans, and lack of physical fulfillment.
