Overview

Lone Wolf’s CRM portfolio follows a lead from initial contact through closing. Relationships is positioned for new agents, Front Office for growing agents and small teams, and Propertybase Salesforce Edition for enterprise organizations. That progression gives a brokerage a route from a lighter CRM to a larger deployment, but the products are not presented with a public side-by-side price comparison.

Lone Wolf Engage is made by Lone Wolf Engage, a real estate technology company founded in 1989 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The service runs on the web, making it suitable for browser-based office work and less suitable for teams that require a native desktop or mobile application.

Key features

Lead and relationship management

Relationships combines contact synchronization with tracking for interactions, tasks, and opportunities. AI-assisted email composition and reusable templates can speed routine replies, while automated follow-ups and reminders provide structure for leads that might otherwise go quiet. Lead routing helps distribute incoming prospects, an important capability for teams rather than solo agents.

Communication workflow

The EZ Texting add-on adds one-to-one and bulk texting, automated text workflows, and a unified inbox for text and email conversations. It is a stronger fit for teams that want messaging activity in one workflow, although texting is an add-on rather than a core capability described as included for every customer. Relationships can sync with Google or Outlook email and calendars, helping agents keep correspondence and appointments connected to CRM records.

Websites, analytics, and integrations

Front Office combines a customizable real estate website with lead management, automated communications, and analytics. Its stated coverage of more than 300 MLSs across the United States and Canada is valuable for brokerages whose listing workflow depends on broad MLS connectivity. Front Office also integrates with Boost, Cloud CMA, and Transact. Across the Relationships ecosystem, Lone Wolf lists Zapier, Follow Up Boss, and EZ Texting, and provides API access to key products, giving larger operations more room to connect existing systems.

Lone Wolf says most products receive 24/7 support, with chat, support tickets, email, and training resources. Its privacy policy says client information is generally processed on behalf of the customer, which acts as the data controller.

Pricing

Plan	Price	What it means
Lone Wolf Relationships	Free

Lone Wolf Engage uses a paid pricing model with pricing on request. The free Relationships entry is therefore a trial route for new agents evaluating the workflow, not a published permanent free tier. Teams should request a quote that clarifies which CRM tier, website functions, integrations, support, and texting options are included. Front Office and Propertybase Salesforce Edition have no public prices in the supplied plans, so they require custom pricing.

Platforms

Lone Wolf Engage is offered on the web. That works for offices standardizing on browser access, but buyers needing iOS, Android, or desktop applications should consider another product.

Who it's for

Relationships fits a new agent who needs contact organization, email assistance, reminders, and follow-up automation. Front Office is the more logical choice for a growing agent or small team needing a customizable website, analytics, lead management, and MLS connectivity. Propertybase Salesforce Edition targets enterprise CRM requirements. Brokerages should favor the suite when routing, communication history, and real-estate integrations matter more than transparent self-serve purchasing.

Pros and cons

Pros

Lead routing, automated follow-ups, reminders, and opportunity tracking support an end-to-end real estate workflow.
AI-assisted email, templates, email/calendar sync, and the EZ Texting unified inbox cover several communication channels.
Front Office includes a customizable website and states integration with more than 300 MLSs in the United States and Canada.
API access plus Zapier, Follow Up Boss, and other integrations can accommodate connected brokerage systems.
24/7 support is provided for most products, alongside chat, tickets, email, and training resources.

Cons

Pricing is custom, so teams cannot compare costs or budget from a public price list.
The Relationships trial has no published duration, and the free entry does not establish a permanent free plan.
EZ Texting is an add-on, which may increase the total cost for teams that need texting workflows.
Web is the only stated platform, limiting organizations that require native mobile or desktop apps.

Alternatives

Compare more options in Real Estate CRM Software. Choose LeadPixie instead if a freemium CRM with a free 10-user team plan and web, iOS, and Android access is the priority. Propwise suits buyers wanting a free starting workspace with core CRM, lead management, pipeline tools, and market intelligence across web and mobile. Pick Realatic when a permanently free web and Android plan capped at three users, 100 leads per month, and one project is enough. eesy is a web alternative with a free one-agent, 50-contact plan and a paid monthly upgrade. UplevelRE is worth considering when separate platform and marketing subscriptions, including a $49 monthly platform plan and $39 monthly marketing suite, fit better. Housing Market CRM offers a web free plan with one user and unlimited leads and contacts, plus a $29 monthly Pro plan. Verna is another web option with a free single-user tier and a $39 monthly Professional plan billed annually. CREBuilder is the alternative for teams centered on document workflows, with a free one-user, three-document starter plan and an $89 monthly Pro Monthly plan.

Verdict

Choose Lone Wolf Engage when a real estate team wants lead routing, automated follow-up, communication tools, and a progression from agent CRM to enterprise deployment. Its real-estate focus, MLS reach, website option, and integration breadth are the strongest reasons to select it. Look elsewhere if you need transparent pricing, a defined long-term free plan, or native mobile and desktop platforms.
