Overview

Havari is a shared customer-messaging workspace that brings several communication channels and contact records together. It suits teams that need more than a place to answer messages, particularly those coordinating campaigns and routine follow-up. The range is broad, but monthly credits and WhatsApp’s messaging window put practical limits on activity.

Key features

Inbox and customer context

The shared inbox combines SMS, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger conversations. Linking exchanges to contact and company profiles, with custom fields, notes, and conversation history, makes it easier for a team to retain context across interactions. That is a stronger fit for ongoing customer relationships than for occasional, standalone texting.

Campaigns and workflows

Teams can schedule bulk campaigns and track opens, clicks, and replies in real time. Automations can trigger from contacts, inbound messages, or ticket-status changes, then send messages or update records. These tools support repeatable outreach and follow-up, but the monthly task and credit allowances mean high-volume teams should check whether their usage fits a plan.

Connections, security, and messaging rules

Havari lists more than 1,000 integrations, naming Dentally, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, and n8n, and offers a REST API. Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 can be connected; shared inboxes and email forwarding are supported. Messages and emails are encrypted in transit and at rest, and the site describes the service as GDPR-compliant.

WhatsApp free-form messages require a recent inbound message within the 24-hour messaging window. Outside it, teams need an approved template, so planned outbound contact may require more preparation than a simple reply. Attachments are capped at 5MB each and 10 files per message. Support is available by email or phone Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm GMT.

Pricing

Havari has a free plan, paid plans starting at £19/month, and a 14-day trial. The allowances make the trade-off between entry price and operating headroom clear:

Plan	Price	Monthly allowance and caps
Free	£0 forever	20 credits/month; email, Messenger, and Instagram; no additional credits
Starter	£19/month	250 credits, 250 automation tasks, 250 API calls, 5,000 contacts, and 20 templates
Growth	£59/month	1,000 credits, 1,000 automation tasks, 1,000 API calls, 15,000 contacts, and 50 templates
Business	£129/month	2,500 credits, 2,500 automation tasks, 2,500 API calls, 100,000 contacts, and 100 templates
Enterprise	£229/month	5,000 credits, 5,000 automation tasks, 5,000 API calls, 1,000,000 contacts, and 1,000 templates; custom volume above 55,000 credits

Free is useful for a small trial of email, Messenger, and Instagram workflows, but its 20-credit cap, channel selection, and ban on additional credits make it a narrow ongoing option. Starter opens the door to more contacts, automations, API calls, and templates for a small team; Growth multiplies those allowances for teams with heavier usage. Business and Enterprise raise contact and activity ceilings substantially, with custom volume above 55,000 credits on Enterprise. The published plan terms give monthly prices and quotas; teams should weigh those caps against their expected messaging and automation volume.

Platforms

Havari lists Android, iOS, web, and API. Its iOS app supports replies across the supported channels, contact management, and push notifications. SMS number types are described as multiple.

Who it's for

Havari is a sensible shortlist choice for teams that need shared handling of customer conversations, organized contact histories, campaigns, and automations in one service. It is less compelling for a business that only needs occasional SMS, or one whose messaging volume is likely to outgrow the monthly credits and task caps. Teams relying on WhatsApp outreach also need to account for the 24-hour window and approved-template requirement.

Pros and cons

Pro: Five channels share one inbox, with contact and company records attached to conversations, which helps teams preserve context.
Pro: Campaign tracking and trigger-based automation extend the product beyond message handling to scheduled outreach and routine follow-up.
Pro: Named integrations, email connections, and a REST API offer several routes to connect existing systems.
Con: Free is limited to 20 credits per month and three channels, with no additional credits, so it is not a broad free operating tier.
Con: WhatsApp replies depend on the 24-hour window or an approved template, which can constrain untimely or unplanned outreach.
Con: A 5MB attachment limit and 10-file message cap may frustrate teams exchanging larger or numerous files.

Alternatives

For a dedicated browse of two-way SMS software, compare options if SMS is the primary need rather than Havari’s multi-channel workspace. Chekkit is worth considering for a free, single-user CRM sales pipeline with booking, quotes, invoices, and payments. Sociocs may fit teams wanting a free plan with two channels, one user, 1,000 messages per month, and unlimited templates. Podium Webchat offers custom-quote pricing tailored to the business. Textedly is a paid alternative with a Basic plan at $29.00 USD per month for 500 messages monthly, or 600 messages per month with annual billing. Artera is another paid option. DialPhone Contact Center may suit buyers seeking an annual-billing Standard plan at $65.00 USD per month with 20+ channels and a unified agent desktop. Go2Msg is another paid web option with a free trial. MightyText is a freemium alternative across web, Windows, and Android.

Verdict

Choose Havari if your team needs a shared home for multi-channel conversations, customer records, campaigns, and automations, and its monthly allowances suit your volume. Its main advantage is bringing those connected workflows together; its main reason to look elsewhere is the combination of capped credits, WhatsApp rules, and tight attachment limits.
