Overview

Officely coordinates desk, room and parking bookings for hybrid teams using Slack and Microsoft Teams. It is best suited to offices that already rely on those collaboration tools and want booking and attendance signals alongside hybrid scheduling. Its range is broad, but the five-user free cap and platform-specific feature differences make plan fit worth checking.

Key features

Desk booking combines one-click reservations with daily check-ins and visibility into bookings and attendance. A 42-day booking horizon gives employees room to plan ahead; there is no floor plan view, so teams that need a visual map of available desks should look elsewhere.

Office analytics reports who booked, who showed up and which spaces are underused. That can help office managers and leadership compare planned attendance with actual use. Hybrid scheduling adds daily updates and recommendations for coordinating office days, while meeting rooms have live availability and booking within Slack and Teams.

Integrations include Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook, Google Calendar and HR systems such as HiBob, Deel, BambooHR and Personio. The enterprise offering lists scoped credentials, an audit trail, retention controls and data exports. Officely identifies Hotelflex Limited, trading as Officely, as its data controller and says it does not collect special categories of personal data. A Help Centre provides setup and employee guides for Slack and Teams.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes all features for up to 5 users. It is a useful way for a small team to try the product, but the cap makes it unsuitable for a larger office without moving to a paid plan.

Basic costs 2.50 USD per month, billed per user/per month, for unlimited users and simple desk booking. It keeps the core booking use case affordable at scale, but gives up the broader feature set. Premium costs 3.50 USD per month, billed per user/per month, for unlimited users and everything Officely offers; it is the more fitting per-user tier when the team needs more than simple desk booking.

Meeting Rooms costs 12.00 USD per month, billed per space/per month, with unlimited users and unlimited spaces; it includes a 7 Day Free Trial. Parkly costs 15.00 USD per month, billed per space/per month, also with unlimited users and unlimited spaces. These space-based prices suit room- or parking-focused deployments better than user-based pricing when many people share spaces. Enterprise has custom pricing, unlimited users, all features and enterprise extras.

The pricing comparison notes that features marked with an asterisk are not currently available on Microsoft Teams, so Teams users should confirm that the functions they need are included before choosing a tier. The pricing note gives the paid starting point as $2.50/user/mo (annual); check the relevant plan's billing basis when comparing that figure with per-space plans.

Platforms

Officely lists Android, iOS and web platforms, with booking workflows in Slack and Microsoft Teams. The asterisk caveat for Teams means feature parity should not be assumed. Calendar and HR integrations broaden its fit for organizations already using Outlook or Google Calendar and the supported HR systems.

Who it's for

Hybrid teams are the natural audience, particularly senior leadership, office management, people and culture teams, and team leaders coordinating attendance. Small teams can start on the five-user free plan; larger teams choosing between desk booking and room or parking coordination need to weigh per-user against per-space billing. Offices that depend on interactive floor plans should consider another tool.

Pros and cons

Pros: Desk booking, check-ins, attendance analytics and hybrid scheduling bring planning and actual office use into one workflow.
Pros: Calendar and HR integrations can connect bookings with tools teams already use.
Pros: The free plan includes all features, making a small-team trial possible without a paid seat commitment.
Cons: The free tier stops at 5 users, so it does not provide a lasting free option for larger teams.
Cons: No floor plan view means employees cannot choose desks from a visual layout.
Cons: Some asterisked features are unavailable on Microsoft Teams, which may limit the product for Teams-first offices.

Alternatives

For a wider comparison of desk-focused tools, see Desk Booking Software; for room-oriented options, see Room Booking Software.

Roomzilla is worth comparing for resource booking if its free allowance of up to 3 resources suits a smaller setup; its Standard (yearly) plan is 10.00 USD per year, billed at a monthly rate paid yearly, per resource, with unlimited resources. desk.ly offers a free plan for up to 15 users for as long as you like, with enterprise features, making it a stronger candidate when a larger free user allowance matters.

Deska, Hot Desk, DeskGrid, and deskbird are other directory options to compare. DeskFlex may suit offices looking for a paid plan with desk and meeting-room booking, visitor management and floor-plan capacity; its Growth plan is 50.00 USD per month on an annual subscription for up to 25 spaces.

Verdict

Choose Officely if your hybrid team wants desk, room and parking coordination tied to Slack or Teams, with attendance reporting and calendar or HR integrations. Its main advantage is the breadth of coordination and analytics across everyday office planning; look elsewhere if visual floor plans are essential, Teams availability does not cover a required feature, or the per-space billing model does not match your use.
