Overview

FIS Data Integrity Manager is a reconciliation system for organizations that need a central view of data integrity and reconciliation work. It is best suited to reconciliation professionals in banking, insurance and capital markets with complex processes to govern. Its core strength is combining matching assistance with accountable workflows; its custom pricing makes it a sales-led choice.

Key features

The virtual reconciler learns from manual matching patterns and applies them to tasks for final review. This can take repetitive work off reconciliation teams while retaining human oversight, rather than promising fully unattended matching.

An integrated workflow engine automates review, approval, exception handling and escalation. Reusable reconciliation models capture components such as matching logic and approval levels, helping teams apply consistent processes. Status, ownership, approvals and progress against SLAs are tracked alongside audit capabilities. That structure is valuable where oversight matters, but may be more process than a team with straightforward reconciliation needs requires.

FIS offers a Managed Reconciliation Service that can host and maintain the solution, prepare data, and configure and run models. It could suit organizations seeking operational help as well as software. FIS says the capabilities can be accessed from a device or browser, online or from a desktop.

For Commonwealth Bank of Australia, FIS announced delivery as SaaS through Microsoft Azure, with FIS managing upgrades. FIS said that deployment would process more than 150 million transactions daily and cited SOC 1 and SOC 2 certifications among its enterprise risk, security and compliance capabilities for the engagement. Those figures and certifications describe that deployment, not a general performance guarantee for every customer.

Pricing

FIS Data Integrity Manager is paid software with custom pricing; prospective buyers are directed to contact sales. There is no free plan. That route makes sense for organizations evaluating a substantial reconciliation operation or managed service, but teams that need to compare published prices or start on a free tier will find it a poor fit.

Platforms

The platform is web-based and cloud-deployed. FIS describes access through a browser or device, as well as desktop access. Its Microsoft Azure SaaS announcement establishes one delivery arrangement, with FIS managing upgrades for that customer deployment.

Who it's for

Reconciliation professionals in banking, insurance, capital markets and other industries are the intended users. The combination of learned matching patterns, reusable models, workflow controls and audit oversight is most compelling for teams managing repeatable processes that need clear ownership and approval. Smaller or simpler operations may prefer a less governed tool, particularly if they want to buy without a sales discussion.

Pros and cons

Pros: Machine-learning-assisted matching handles tasks for final review, targeting repetitive work without removing review.
Pros: Reusable models and workflow controls bring matching logic, approvals, exceptions and escalations into a governed process.
Pros: FIS offers hosting, maintenance, data preparation and model operations through its Managed Reconciliation Service.
Cons: Custom pricing requires a sales inquiry, limiting quick cost comparisons.
Cons: The emphasis on models, approvals and audit oversight may be excessive for organizations with simple reconciliation needs.

Alternatives

For a broader treasury-management comparison, Treasury Management Software is a relevant category. Other adjacent directories include Collections Software, Core Banking Software, Financial Close Software, Foreign Exchange Management Software and Investment Accounting Software.

Choose Kyriba if you want treasury software spanning Android, iOS, API and web access; its Kyriba Treasury plan uses custom pricing and requests a demo. ION Wallstreet Suite may suit enterprise treasury needs where a payment hub, multi-entity support and 40+ standard integrations are priorities; pricing is custom. IBSFINtech Enterprise Treasury Management System is another paid, web- and API-accessible option with demo-request pricing.

titanTreasury is a paid alternative available for self-hosted, web and Windows use. Profitbase Consolidation is a paid web option with tailored pricing by request and no free plan. Bond, DebtBook and Finastra KTP Corporate Treasury Innovation are also paid web alternatives.

Verdict

Choose FIS Data Integrity Manager if your reconciliation team needs matching assistance within repeatable, auditable workflows—and values the option of FIS-managed operations. Its strongest reason to buy is the combination of learned matching, reusable models and oversight controls; look elsewhere if published pricing, self-service purchasing or a simpler reconciliation setup matters more.
