Eventodesk vs Flex

Both stand on event rental software. Which one you can start free with, which one lets you read the code, and what each costs once you pay.

Eventodesk

Free trial Web

Eventodesk combines a rental website and operational tracking tools in a single web platform. Businesses still need to review and accept quote requests themselves before a booking is confirmed.

Flex connects equipment reservations to warehouse preparation, billing and payments, with mobile apps and listed integrations. Its $510 a month plan and stated business fit make it worth considering for larger rental operations, rather than the smallest teams.
