Overview

CommunityCliQ supports employee resource groups, identity networks and affinity groups, including women’s, veteran, Black employee and LGBTQ+ networks. Platform administrators and ERG leaders can organize multi-level groups, chapters and regional groups, track membership growth, host events and manage budgets. That combination makes it relevant to organizations coordinating more than a single, informal employee group.

Leaders can measure ERG impact against KPIs they select, and customize branding, terminology and success metrics to reflect their organization’s culture. The vendor says the platform supports more than 1,600 global ERGs. It also offers a DEI metrics dashboard, but does not include pay-equity analysis or inclusive recruiting.

Key features

Group operations and impact

Membership tracking, event hosting and budget management bring core ERG administration into one platform. Multi-level and regional structures are useful for companies whose groups span locations, while configurable KPIs let leaders define impact in terms that fit their priorities. The trade-off is that these capabilities are focused on ERG programs, not broader pay-equity or recruiting workflows.

Integrations and safeguards

Integrations include Office 365 and Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook, Google Calendars and Zoom; custom API connections are also available. Integration experts work with customer IT teams to configure and test connections, a practical benefit for organizations with IT involvement, but one that does not suggest a plug-and-play setup.

MentorcliQ says customer data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, with encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication and annual third-party penetration testing. It lists SOC 2 Type II, TX-RAMP Level 1, GDPR and CCPA alignment, and participation in the EU-U.S., UK Extension and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks. The vendor also says the platform meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA and European Accessibility Act requirements and supports more than 11 languages.

Pricing

CommunityCliQ is paid, with custom pricing. The product is offered through a demo and pricing conversation rather than a published self-serve price, so buyers should expect to contact the vendor to assess cost and fit. No free plan or trial is stated. The named CommunityCliQ plan has no published price.

Platforms

CommunityCliQ is available on the web. Its listed integrations connect it with workplace communication and calendar tools, but the product itself is web-based.

Who it's for

CommunityCliQ is a strong candidate for HR and talent development leaders, DEI teams and ERG leaders managing multiple groups, chapters or regions. Its customizable metrics and administrative tools suit organizations that want consistent oversight without imposing one definition of ERG success. Organizations primarily seeking pay-equity analysis or inclusive recruiting should look elsewhere; neither is part of the stated offering.

Pros and cons

Pros: Multi-level group administration combines membership tracking, events and budgets, useful for organizations coordinating ERGs across regions.
Pros: Configurable branding, terminology and KPIs let organizations adapt group programs to local culture and leadership priorities.
Pros: Broad workplace integrations, custom API connections and expert setup support can help connect ERG operations to existing tools.
Cons: Custom pricing and a demo-led buying path make cost comparison less immediate for teams that want to evaluate plans independently.
Cons: The platform does not provide pay-equity analysis or inclusive recruiting, limiting its reach beyond ERG administration and measurement.
Cons: Web is the only listed platform, which may not suit buyers looking specifically for a mobile app.
