Overview

Taskade AI Agents brings app creation, task management and AI agents into one workspace. It suits individuals and teams who want agents to work with project material and connected business data, rather than operate as a separate chat tool. Its breadth is a strength, but the free tier is sharply capped and its SOC 2 Type II audit is still in progress.

Key features

Agents grounded in work

Taskade says a prompt can create a live app, with agents, memory and automations. Agents can be trained on projects, documents and links, and can plan, reason and act inside apps. They can also search the web, analyze information and recommend next steps. For teams that want AI to work alongside their existing project context, this is more useful than a standalone assistant; readers seeking only a conventional task list may not need this breadth.

Uploaded documents and connected data sources can supply business context. That gives agents material beyond a prompt to work from, though the number of agents and monthly credits depend on the plan.

Integrations and automation

Taskade lists 152 integrations in six categories, with connectors that pass events and data in both directions. Examples include Slack, Gmail, Stripe, GitHub, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Drive and Dropbox. Webhooks and HTTP request actions offer a way to connect services without a native integration. This is a practical advantage for workflows spread across several services, while automation runs and credits still impose plan limits.

Security and compliance

Taskade says data travels over TLS, while backups and stored credentials are encrypted with AES-256. It also says contracts bar AI providers from using customer data to train general AI models. The company says its SOC 2 Type II audit remains in progress and that it does not yet have a report. Organizations that require an existing SOC 2 report should look elsewhere for now.

Pricing

Taskade is freemium. The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free, forever, and allows two users, 6,000 one-time credits, three apps, one AI agent and 10 automation runs per month. It is suitable for a small trial or light use, but its one-agent limit and monthly automation cap leave little room for a growing workflow.

Pro costs 10.00 USD per month, billed at $10/mo. It includes 10 users, 50,000 credits per month, unlimited apps, agents, workspaces and automations, and 100 GB of AI storage. This is the clearest step up for a small team that wants room to build without the free plan's app and agent caps.

Business costs 25.00 USD per month, billed at $25/mo. It adds unlimited users, 150,000 monthly credits, unlimited AI teams, 1 TB of AI storage, custom domains and SAML SSO. Priority support, onboarding and training make it a better fit for teams that need rollout help or single sign-on, though the higher cost may be hard to justify for a small group.

Max costs 100.00 USD per month, billed at $100/mo. It includes unlimited users and teams, 400,000 monthly credits, autonomous agents and agentic AI workflows. This tier is aimed at heavier, more autonomous use; readers who do not need those capabilities can pay substantially less on Pro or Business.

Enterprise has custom pricing and includes unlimited users and 1.1 million credits per month, plus dedicated support and a custom SLA. It suits organizations that need those support terms and capacity; the price requires a direct quote.

Platforms

Taskade supports Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows and the web, alongside an API and browser extension. That range accommodates desktop and mobile users as well as teams connecting it to other services.

Who it's for

Taskade is best for people and teams who want task management, app creation, connected data and agent-driven automation in the same workspace. Its multiple platform options and integrations suit distributed workflows. It is a weaker choice for a buyer who only needs basic project tracking, or for an organization that requires a completed SOC 2 Type II report.

Pros and cons

Pros: Agents can work with projects, documents, links and connected data, bringing research and action closer to team context.
Pros: 152 integrations, bidirectional connectors and webhook or HTTP options offer several routes for connecting workflows.
Pros: Pro removes app and agent caps and includes unlimited automations, making it a meaningful upgrade from the free tier.
Cons: Free is limited to three apps, one agent and 10 automation runs each month, restricting sustained use.
Cons: The SOC 2 Type II audit is not complete, which may disqualify it for buyers with that compliance requirement.
Cons: Max costs 100.00 USD per month, a substantial step up for users who need autonomous agents and agentic workflows.

Verdict

Choose Taskade AI Agents if you want project-aware agents, app creation and service connections under one roof, with a free tier to start and a Pro plan that opens up unlimited apps and agents. Look elsewhere if the free caps are too restrictive, you need a completed SOC 2 Type II audit, or your work does not call for AI-driven automation.
