Overview

Brands can find vetted human creators for videos or photos, then use performance analytics and creative tools to develop and refine ads. Optional organic posting, paid ad partnerships, and expert editing support different ways to use the content. Billo describes its brand offering for e-commerce, digital products, apps, services, tools, and B2B businesses.

CreativeOps can generate data-backed scripts, recommend creators, analyze ad performance, and make variations from existing footage. Connecting an ad account unlocks the full feature set. Connecting a Meta account provides read-only creator ad metrics, including ROAS, Hook Rate, and CTR.

Key features

Creator production and partnerships

The marketplace supports creator sourcing, content review and approvals, and usage rights management. Each video includes two rounds of edit requests, a useful allowance for refining a deliverable but a finite one. Typical turnaround is 7 to 12 business days after the creator receives the product, so Billo is less suited to campaigns with tighter production windows.

Brands pay upfront per video; the charge includes creator payout, Billo software, and transaction fees. Partnership ads are available through Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads. The upfront model makes production costs more concrete, but requires payment before the video is delivered.

CreativeOps

CreativeOps links scripting, creator recommendations, performance analysis, and footage variations in one workflow. The monthly script and mashup-credit allowances make it more practical for teams producing ads repeatedly than for occasional projects. Requiring an ad-account connection for full access may not suit brands unwilling to connect their advertising account.

Pricing

Billo has a free tier and paid options. The free plan provides 8 AI scripts per month and 3 AI mashup credits per month; free sign-up and creator exploration are also offered. No free-trial duration is stated, so this is best treated as limited ongoing access rather than a timed trial.

Free: 0.00 USD per free. The monthly script and mashup quotas let teams explore CreativeOps, but do not include paid creator content.
Video ads: 99.00 USD per month, billed From $99 per video. Creator content is pay-per-video, with no mandatory subscription for the base product; prepaid packs and balance are offered. The per-video charge includes the creator payout, software, and transaction fees.
CreativeOps Launch: 500.00 USD per month, billed $300/month for the first 3 months, then $500/month. It includes 40 AI scripts and 15 AI mashup credits per month, considerably higher quotas than Free. It is aimed at teams with recurring creative needs; the stated introductory rate ends after three months.
Managed Service: 2000.00 USD per month, billed Starts at $2,000/month. Tailored to task volume and needs, it includes a dedicated team, creator sourcing, brief writing and management, post-production, and a dedicated Slack channel.

No seat limits are stated for these plans. The Video ads price is expressed per video despite the monthly price label, so its pay-per-video terms are the relevant basis for budgeting creator content.

Platforms

Billo is available on Android, iOS, and web. Creator partnerships are supported through Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads.

Who it's for

Billo is a fit for brands that need creator sourcing alongside tools to script, assess, and iterate ad creative, especially those producing content regularly or seeking managed production. The free tier offers a low-commitment way to explore creators and limited AI tooling. Brands that need immediate delivery, do not want upfront per-video charges, or will not connect an ad account for full CreativeOps access should consider another approach.

Pros and cons

Pros: Creator sourcing, production review, usage rights management, and ad-performance tools sit within the same offering, which can reduce the need to split those tasks across products.
Pros: Free creator exploration and monthly AI quotas provide a way to assess the service before committing to paid creator videos.
Cons: Video payments are upfront, and usual delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after product arrival, limiting flexibility for fast-turn campaigns.
Cons: Full CreativeOps access depends on connecting an ad account, which may be a constraint for some brands.

Verdict

Choose Billo if your brand wants creator sourcing and ad-performance tooling together, with optional editing and managed production as needs grow. Its strongest case is the connection between creator content and CreativeOps; look elsewhere if upfront video payments, the production timeline, or the ad-account requirement does not fit your workflow.
