Overview

Remelo is a web-based appointment system for businesses that want clients to book and manage appointments online. It is best suited to solo providers and small teams whose appointment volume fits its monthly caps. Its central advantage is joining reminders, booking, and client replies in one workflow; the trade-off is that team and booking-page capacity are tied to more expensive plans.

Key features

Remelo sends scheduled SMS and email reminders at times and frequencies the business controls, and supports voice reminders as well. Branded templates can include client or company details, while appointment confirmations and two-way SMS let clients reply and businesses respond or send one-off messages from the dashboard. That combination is useful when the goal is keeping appointment conversations attached to scheduling, rather than simply sending texts.

Online booking pages let clients book and change appointments themselves. Calendar connections include Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Office 365 Calendar, and iCloud Calendar. Google Calendar sync checks for new and cancelled appointments about every five minutes. Outlook reminders rely on client email addresses or mobile numbers appearing in the event title, so businesses need to keep that information in the expected place.

Staff can receive individual accounts with limited access to admin settings and client records. Remelo also offers workflow automation and scheduled messages. Its contact page says it aims to answer enquiries within 12 hours and provides a ticketing helpdesk. The company is identified as Search Ventures Ltd trading as Remelo.

Pricing

Remelo has a free plan and three paid monthly tiers. The free Newbie plan costs 0.00 USD per free and allows 25 appointments, one staff member, and one booking page. It includes SMS and email reminders, confirmations, calendar integration, online rescheduling, quick messages, and two-way client messaging. That is a practical way for a solo provider to try the appointment workflow, but the 25-appointment cap may constrain regular or growing practices.

Pro costs 15.00 USD per month, billed Pay Monthly, and raises the appointment allowance to 100. It retains one staff member and one booking page, with the same listed reminder, confirmation, calendar, rescheduling, and messaging features as Newbie. The paid tier is therefore primarily a volume upgrade, not a way to add team capacity.

Business costs 35.00 USD per month, billed Pay Monthly, and supports 300 appointments, four staff members, and four booking pages. It is the more relevant step up for a small team serving clients through multiple booking pages. Enterprise costs 60.00 USD per month, billed Pay Monthly, and increases the caps to 600 appointments, 12 staff members, and 12 booking pages. Both paid team tiers retain the same core feature set, so the case for paying more is chiefly higher capacity. Across the plans, SMS and email reminders are included; voice reminders are a product capability but are not included in the plan feature lists.

Platforms

Remelo is available on the web. Its calendar connections extend scheduling across Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Office 365 Calendar, and iCloud Calendar.

Who it's for

Remelo fits appointment-based businesses that need online booking, reminders, rescheduling, and direct client messaging, especially solo operators or teams with predictable volume. The free plan suits a low-volume solo practice; Pro makes sense when that operator needs more than 25 appointments but not another staff account. Teams needing several staff logins or booking pages should compare Business and Enterprise caps against their expected workload. Businesses that need higher volumes or more seats than those caps allow should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pro: Booking, rescheduling, reminders, confirmations, and two-way client messaging sit in one appointment workflow, reducing the need to separate those tasks across tools.
Pro: Calendar connections cover Google, Outlook, Office 365, and iCloud; Google sync checks for appointment changes about every five minutes.
Con: Newbie is capped at 25 appointments and one staff member, while Pro increases appointments but still allows only one staff member and one booking page.
Con: Team capacity requires a higher tier: Business allows four staff and pages, while Enterprise allows 12 of each.
Con: Outlook reminders depend on contact details being embedded in the calendar event title.

Alternatives

For a broader set of business text-messaging options, browse Business Text Messaging Software. Choose Textmagic instead if you want a paid messaging service with Android, iOS, API, and web platforms; its Essential plan is 0.05 USD per month, billed 100% prepaid, with rates varying by destination country and 160 plain-text characters per SMS part. Bird Verify is a different fit for API or web verification: its free Verify plan has no separate verification fee, though channel message charges apply.

Kenect is another paid option, available on Android, iOS, and web. Textedly may suit readers seeking a messaging plan with a stated monthly message allowance: Basic is 29.00 USD per month for 500 messages monthly, or 600 per month with annual billing, which includes 20% more messages. SMSGlobal API suits readers considering per-message pricing: its Pay-as-you-go plan is 0.03 AUD per once, billed per message, with rates dropping as single-transaction volume grows.

Pulse SMS is a paid alternative available on web, iOS, and Android. Text Request is another paid option, with an Enterprise plan at 575.00 USD per month billed monthly, including 20,000 texts, 10 dashboards, and additional texts at $0.032 each. MessageDesk is a freemium alternative with Android, iOS, and web platforms.

Verdict

Remelo is a strong fit for solo appointment businesses and small teams that want booking, reminders, calendar connections, and client replies working together. Its free entry point and clear capacity steps make it easy to match a plan to a modest operation. Look elsewhere if you need more than 12 staff accounts, 12 booking pages, or 600 appointments under the published plans, or if your priority is general-purpose business texting rather than appointment management.
