Overview

Founded in 2020 in Serafina Corrêa, Brazil, AllEars.Vet is built around recording consultations and turning them into clinical records. Its AI transcribes live and can raise diagnoses, exams and questions during an examination, then generate an editable record covering history, physical exam, assessment and plan. That joins note creation with history review and scheduling, though the veterinarian still has to review AI suggestions and take responsibility for prescription signing.

Key features

Consultation records: Live transcription and line-by-line editing give clinicians a way to correct generated notes rather than accept them as-is. Free limits live suggestions to the first two minutes; Pro keeps them running throughout, which matters for longer consultations.
Prescriptions: The AI can suggest a drug discussed and calculate a dose from the patient’s weight. A veterinarian must review and sign the prescription with a digital certificate, so this is decision support rather than unattended prescribing.
Patient history: A timeline brings consultations, exams, prescriptions and vaccines together, with natural-language search across the record. Users can also attach bloodwork, X-rays or lesion photos in chat for AI analysis alongside that history.
Scheduling and client access: Every plan, including Free, includes online booking, a calendar and reminders; recurring appointments are supported, and appointments sync both ways with Google Calendar. A password-free client link can show guardians upcoming doses, vaccination records and signed prescriptions the veterinarian selects.
Clinic roles and data: Assistants and reception can join free and without a seat limit to manage patient and guardian information, see clinic history and documents, and use AI chat. Recording and prescription signing require veterinarian seats. The company says recordings and data are stored securely and customer data is not used to train public models.

Pricing

AllEars.Vet has a Free plan and a 7-day trial. Free costs 0.00 USD per free and allows 10 consultations, 20 patients, 150 chat messages and 10 prescriptions per month, with live suggestions for only the first two minutes. It is a useful way to try the combined workflow, but the patient and usage caps make it a poor fit for a busy or growing practice.

Pro costs 9.99 USD per month billed monthly, or $8.33/mo billed yearly. It removes limits on consultations, patients, prescriptions and chat messages, and extends live suggestions through the consultation. That is the clearest fit for an individual veterinarian who has outgrown Free; the yearly rate is lower per month, but requires choosing yearly billing.

Clinic costs 49.90 BRL per month, with yearly billing in 10 monthly payments for 12 months. It provides a shared pool of 200 consultations per veterinarian per month and unlimited shared patients, while assistants and reception remain free and unlimited. The shared consultation allowance and multi-role access suit clinics, but practices should weigh the stated yearly payment arrangement against their needs before committing. Pro and Clinic serve different structures, so compare the individual unlimited usage with the clinic’s shared pool and staffing model.

Platforms

AllEars.Vet is available on Android, iOS and the web. Booking is offered through the website, with Google Calendar synchronization in both directions.

Who it's for

The product is aimed at clinicians, specialists, new graduates and veterinary clinics. Solo veterinarians who want records, history search and scheduling in one place are the strongest fit, especially on Pro if Free’s monthly caps are too restrictive. Clinics can benefit from shared patient access and unlimited free assistant and reception roles. It is less suitable for users seeking uncapped use without a paid plan, or for a practice that does not want the veterinarian to review and sign AI-assisted prescriptions.

Pros and cons

Pro: Consultation transcription, editable records and searchable patient history connect documentation to ongoing care.
Pro: Scheduling is included even on Free, and two-way Google Calendar sync helps keep appointments aligned.
Pro: Free, unlimited assistant and reception access lets clinics delegate administrative and record tasks without adding those roles as paid seats.
Con: Free’s 10 consultations, 20 patients, 150 chat messages and 10 prescriptions per month can constrain a practice quickly.
Con: Free’s two-minute live-suggestion window is notably shorter than Pro’s full-consultation support.
Con: Clinic’s 200 consultations per veterinarian per month are pooled, and its yearly billing uses 10 payments across 12 months; clinics should account for both when budgeting.
Con: AI prescription support still requires veterinarian review and digital-certificate signing, so it does not remove that clinical step.

Alternatives

For a broader appointment-software comparison, see Veterinary Appointment Scheduling Software. Consider Veterical if platform coverage matters: it lists Android, iOS, web, API, Linux, macOS and Windows, with a free plan whose page states no limits. SchedulingKit is another freemium option, but its free plan is capped at one team member, one event type and 50 bookings per month.

EasyWeek for Veterinary Clinics may suit clinics prioritizing basic booking: its free plan includes essential features and basic booking, while its Pro plan is 8.33 USD per month billed monthly. NaVetor is worth comparing if Patterson Pay applies; that free plan includes full feature access, with eligibility subject to transaction volume. Reservio offers a simpler free booking allowance of 40 bookings per 30 days and 100 clients.

Bookerva is a web-only alternative whose free Starter plan allows 50 bookings per month, one staff member and one location, with a branded booking page, email reminders and customer database. Provet Cloud is a paid web option with a Core platform fee of 249.00 USD per month including one vet, and a separate Core plan at 99.00 USD per month with unlimited non-vet staff accounts. Vetster for Clinics is another paid option on Android, iOS and web.

Verdict

AllEars.Vet is a strong fit for veterinarians and clinics that want AI-assisted records, searchable patient history and scheduling tied together, especially where clinic staff need access without extra assistant or reception seats. Choose it if those workflow links matter enough to justify Pro or Clinic; look elsewhere if Free’s quotas are a hard requirement or the Clinic billing structure does not fit your practice.
