Overview

The platform spans residential rentals and sales, commercial leases and sales, and professional operations. Listings, lead capture, CRM, deal pipelines, e-signatures, documents, commissions, invoices, and team management sit within the same system. That breadth may suit businesses trying to keep property work connected; it is less pertinent to people who only want to browse homes.

Eligible listings can be distributed to portals and partners including Zillow, Rentals.com, Trulia, and Realtor.com. ConnectLinx also says it charges no marketplace fee per lead, which can help teams avoid a separate per-lead charge, though each plan still caps active listings and units.

Key features

Showing workflows include self-booking, approvals, lockbox access, reminders, and post-showing feedback. This gives agents a way to coordinate access and gather follow-up in the same workflow, rather than relying on scheduling alone.

Transaction tracking covers commissions and splits, invoices, expenses, payments, profit and loss, and 1099-ready records. That makes ConnectLinx relevant to operators who need financial records alongside deals, not just a lead database.

Connect AI can assist with listings, leads, showings, deals, documents, marketing, and operations, and account access is available through ChatGPT Apps. Google Drive files and signed PDFs can be connected to listings or transactions; Google Docs and Drive are also among the platform's recently verified capabilities. These integrations connect operational work to documents, although the published feature set does not establish how much manual setup each workflow needs.

New accounts require email confirmation, at least one accepted verification method, and administrator review. ConnectLinx may also request more documents or a live call, so account approval is a meaningful onboarding step for new users. The company says it uses industry-standard security measures; Square handles billing, and ConnectLinx says it does not store full card numbers.

Pricing

ConnectLinx has a free plan and four paid tiers. Prices below are monthly, with the plan limits focused on agent users, active listings, and listing units or spaces.

Plan	Price	Capacity	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free	1 agent user, 1 active listing, up to 4 units or spaces	A solo professional testing a very small inventory
Agent	59.00 USD per month	2 agent users, 4 active listings, 10 listing units	A small agent setup needing a second user
Team	129.00 USD per month	5 agent users, 20 active listings, 100 listing units	A small team managing a larger portfolio
Brokerage	249.00 USD per month	15 agent users, 100 active listings, 500 listing units	A brokerage with broader listing volume
Enterprise	599.00 USD per month	Unlimited agent users, 200 active listings, 1,000 listing units	A larger operation needing many seats and substantial inventory

The free tier is a narrow starting point: one person can manage just one active listing and four units or spaces. Agent, at 59.00 USD per month, doubles the user count and allows four listings, but still caps inventory at 10 units. Team is a substantial capacity step to 20 listings and 100 units, while Brokerage raises those limits to 100 and 500. Enterprise removes the agent-user cap, but still limits active listings to 200 and units to 1,000. Choose by inventory as well as staff size; additional seats alone will not solve a listing-cap bottleneck.

A contact form handles questions about listings, billing, partnerships, verification, and support. The published plan details do not state trial terms or renewal conditions, so the monthly plan prices and capacity limits are the clearest basis for comparing tiers.

Platforms

ConnectLinx is available on web and through an API. ChatGPT Apps provide an additional way to access the account, while Google Drive connections link files and signed PDFs with listings or transactions.

Who it's for

Agents, brokers, landlords, property managers, owners, investors, commercial teams, leasing teams, and operators are the intended audience. It is most persuasive for professionals who need listings, lead handling, showings, deals, and financial records to work together. A single agent with just one listing may be able to use the free plan, but active businesses will need to weigh its small quotas against paid-plan capacity.

Pros and cons

Pro: Listings, CRM, showings, deal workflows, documents, and financial records are combined, which suits teams handling more than advertising alone.
Pro: Eligible listings can reach named portals and partners, and ConnectLinx says it does not charge a marketplace fee per lead.
Pro: Showing coordination and commission-to-payment tracking address operational steps beyond lead capture.
Con: The free plan allows only one agent user, one active listing, and four units or spaces, making it a limited fit for ongoing business.
Con: Agent costs 59.00 USD per month yet permits only four active listings and 10 units, a restrictive ceiling for growing inventory.
Con: Account approval involves verification and administrator review, with possible requests for more documents or a live call.

Verdict

ConnectLinx is a strong fit for real estate professionals who want listing distribution and operational workflows, including showings, transaction documents, and financial tracking, in one platform. Its chief advantage is that breadth without a marketplace fee per lead; its main drawback is that even the entry paid plan has tight listing and unit caps. Choose it when those connected workflows matter more than generous starting capacity, and look elsewhere if your inventory quickly exceeds four listings or 10 units.
