What Z-SUITE is

Z-SUITE is free software for preparing 3D models for printing and managing 3D printing farms. It runs on Windows 10/11 64-bit and macOS. Users can import .stl, .obj, .dxf, and .3mf files, then use the software’s model preparation tools before printing. It automatically repairs models with damaged triangle meshes. Supports can be generated to fit a model’s geometry or added and removed manually. Other tools include thin wall detection, rotation optimization, model splitting, dimensional correction, multiple infill options, and raft-free printing.

Z-SUITE is optimized for the Zortrax Inkspire and is compatible with third-party LCD 3D printers. It also provides profiles for specialized resins from third-party manufacturers, prepared in cooperation with those manufacturers. For Wi-Fi capable Zortrax printers, users can transfer files wirelessly, manage multiple printers, and remotely start, pause, or resume prints. Remote monitoring is available for Zortrax printers with built-in cameras. The software license is included with every Zortrax product, and the download is available through the Support Center. That center offers a knowledge base, user guides, downloads, and a support form.
