Vovsoft Photos to Video is paid Windows software that turns photos into video files. It accepts audio uploads and can export AVI, MOV, MP4, WEBM, MPEG, FLV, WMV and MKV videos, along with animated GIF files. Supported systems are Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1 and 64-bit Windows 7. There is no free plan, but an evaluation version lets users try the software with a watermark on output and no commercial use. The Lifetime license costs 19.00 USD per once as a one-time payment, with no subscription. That license includes all future updates, removes trial limitations and produces output without a watermark. The listed pricing model is paid, from $19. Users therefore choose between evaluating on a supported Windows computer with restrictions or purchasing a lifetime license for unrestricted output.
Who it is for
It suits Windows users who need to turn image collections into videos or animated GIFs and add audio. The trial is for evaluation, while commercial users need the lifetime license.
