What UltimatePlanningPoker is

UltimatePlanningPoker is a free web platform for Agile estimation and sprint retrospectives. Teams vote on story points with Fibonacci cards, reveal estimates together, discuss outliers, and work toward consensus. Participants can add comments to their estimates and review teammates’ estimates in a bar diagram. Users can create a team with a unique name or join one using a team code. The retrospective board collects what went well, improvement areas, and future ideas; teams can award a Star of the Sprint to multiple members. The Free plan includes Planning Poker, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, and does not require sign-up. The service is aimed at Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners and Product Managers, engineering managers, technical leads, and remote or distributed development teams. UltimatePlanningPoker was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in India. The company says the site uses encrypted HTTPS and is hosted on Vercel. Its privacy policy says it collects information such as names, email addresses, team details, and submitted feedback or comments. Support questions can be sent by email.
