What Treatflow is

Treatflow is web-based massage practice software that brings appointment booking, client records and treatment documentation together. Therapists and studios can offer online booking around the clock without a booking commission. Digital health and consent forms and session notes are stored with each client's record, and automatic WhatsApp and email reminders are available with the Booking plan. Basic includes digital forms and signatures, treatment documentation and voice notes, photos, team notes and tasks, a shop, reports, staff roles and email support, but no appointment scheduling. Booking adds staff and room calendars, a waitlist, client workflows, discount codes, a multilingual booking page, integrations, and priority email and chat support. Listed integrations include two-way Google Calendar sync, accounting and invoice connections, and Zapier for 7,000+ apps; early access is available, with self-serve signup currently offered in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Treatflow says it hosts data on EU servers, is designed for GDPR compliance and uses SSL encryption. Checkout and POS availability depends on country.
