What ThemeForest is

ThemeForest is a marketplace for website themes and templates, with options for WordPress, Shopify, Joomla, Drupal, Webflow, WooCommerce, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Sketch. Its catalog spans WordPress themes, HTML and CMS templates, and eCommerce templates for projects such as blogs, online stores, education, real estate, portfolios, and corporate websites. Page builder support and responsive templates are available, and multiple platforms are covered across the catalog. Creating an Envato account is free, but purchases are made per item. Each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive license for one site; ownership stays with the author. Prices vary by item and license, and author support may add a fee. Authors decide whether to provide support, and supported items have a defined support period, which may be extended for a fee. ThemeForest says new listings receive individual design and functionality reviews. Developers can also use the Envato Market API for account data and features such as search, with users able to manage and revoke app permissions.
