Sussmayr
What Sussmayr is
Sussmayr is a web workspace for songwriting that combines lyrics, chords, rhymes, and an AI co-writer. Its lyric editor organizes verses, choruses, bridges, and other sections, tracks syllables, and preserves drafts. Writers can inspect chord voicings, browse scales in any key, and audition progressions alongside their words. Writing aids cover perfect, slant, and multi-syllable rhymes, plus dictionary definitions, synonyms, and connotations. The AI assistant can generate lyric ideas from prompts or offer alternate lines. Songs can be grouped into albums and tracklists reordered. Collaborators may be invited to songs or albums to comment and suggest edits from the current version. The Free plan costs nothing forever, with up to 10 songs and one collaborator per song. Pro costs $9 a month; Band costs $24 a month and supports up to six members. Pro includes PDF and chord-sheet export.
