What Ryviu is

Ryviu is a web tool for e-commerce brands to collect and manage customer reviews and product questions, then display them in a store. Merchants can import reviews from AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and DHgate, though the available sources depend on the plan. Review widgets can appear on product pages, collections, the footer, and other store placements, in grid, list, carousel, or masonry layouts. Widget colors, fonts, and star styles are adjustable in the dashboard without code. Customers can ask product questions for merchants to manage and answer, and Ryviu adds rich snippets to reviews to show review information in Google search. Paid plans include review-request emails. The free plan includes 20 reviews per product and 50 products, with AliExpress imports and a review widget. Paid plans start at $5.24/mo billed yearly and include a 7-day trial. Ryviu was founded in 2016; the company says its team is based in Thai Nguyen, Vietnam. For Shopify installs, its privacy policy lists access to merchant email, product information, theme files, and order data.
