PhotoHero is a browser-based service for swapping faces in photos, videos, and GIFs, as well as generating and editing visual content. Its tools include AI image generation, image-to-video, talking photos, head swapping, generative upscaling, image editing, and AI photoshoots. Background removal, image conversion, image compression, and AI headshot generation are available without credits or signup. New accounts receive 100 free credits; image face swaps use 1 credit, image generation uses 2, and video face swaps use 2 credits per second. Video generation starts at 5 credits per second. Free previews carry a small watermark, while results made with credits are delivered without one. One-time credit packs start at 4.99 USD per once, and yearly plans start at 8.25 USD per year. One-time credits do not expire, but unused yearly credits do not roll over. On its face-swap page, PhotoHero accepts JPEG, PNG, and HEIC images up to 25 MB, with a 1920-pixel cap on the long edge. The service says uploads are AES-256 encrypted, are not sold or used to train AI models, and anonymous uploads are deleted within 24 hours.
