The record

Purpose: PathSmith is a Rust image toolkit for converting raster images to SVG and creating multiple image crops in one pass.
Vectorization: Vectorize offers multiple tracing pipelines whose SVG results can be compared side by side.
Multicrop: Multicrop lets users mark several boxes on one image and export each crop; boxes that extend beyond the image are trimmed.
Image formats: The web app accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, and BMP images.
Speed: The product describes its pipeline as in-memory, with parallel conversions.
Privacy: The maker says PathSmith can be self-hosted and that images stay on the user's machine unless they choose to upload them elsewhere.
Deployment: The maker lists a web app, HTTP API, CLI, Docker container, WASM/npm package, and Rust library; the WASM version vectorizes in the browser without uploading.
Limits: The repository documentation lists a default maximum upload size of 20 MiB, a maximum of 64 in-flight conversions, and a 60-second per-request timeout.
Supported workflows: The repository documentation says the CLI and WASM build currently support Vectorize only, while the HTTP API and Rust library support both Vectorize and Multicrop.
Integrations: The HTTP API is described as a way to script conversions and crops or integrate them into other applications.
License: PathSmith is licensed under AGPL-3.0-or-later, and the maker says commercial licensing is available on request.
Support: The maker directs users to GitHub for the source code and issues.
