The record

Product: OurCal is a shared calendar built around messaging for families, couples, friends, and colleagues.
Event chat: Each event has its own thread for sharing photos, files, and notes, and for reacting, replying, and quoting.
Event creation: Users can create events, reminders, todos, and repeating events using natural language, with on-device AI that sends nothing to the cloud.
Group sizes: Groups support 2 to 100 members, and each group has its own calendars, members, and chat.
Supported devices: OurCal is available for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Vision Pro, and Android.
Encryption: OurCal says every profile, group, calendar, event, message, and file is end-to-end encrypted by default, with encryption technology certified by ANSSI.
Encryption keys: The encryption page says keys remain on users’ devices and the group’s devices, and are not stored on a server.
Data export: Users can export events and download a copy of their personal data from the app settings.
Plan limits: The pricing page says every plan includes every feature, unlimited calendars and events, and differs by group size.
Payment handling: Payments are handled by the App Store and Google Play, and OurCal says it does not see or store card details.
Support: The help page says the team replies to every support message, usually within a day.
Privacy policy: The privacy policy says the service uses Plausible and Mixpanel analytics and Adjust for mobile measurement, alongside providers for encryption, messaging, subscriptions, and authentication.
