Instead of OPPI

OPPI alternatives

OPPI is aimed at hospitality venues that want demand forecasts connected to day-to-day operations. It uses trading history, weather, local events, road traffic and calendars to recalculate demand every 15 minutes, then supports labour planning, inventory and reordering, tasks, compliance and venue checklists. It covers sales, covers or orders, inventory and staffing forecasts, and can support multiple locations. Proposed actions wait for approval before connected systems change. Its free Early access plan has no payment or contract, but public release is pending and OPPI remains in beta, with a waitlist and design partner applications.

The main reasons to look elsewhere are availability, deployment fit and workflow scope. OPPI supports API and web, but its Tanda roster and staff sync and accounting integrations are still in build; Toast, Clover and TouchBistro are also in build. Alternatives range from restaurant-specific forecasting to inventory, purchasing, kitchen analytics and staff scheduling. Compare which operational jobs matter most, whether your POS and other tools connect, and whether mobile access or a defined paid plan is a better fit. Also weigh each product’s forecast inputs and approval controls against OPPI’s cross-functional approach.
