Old Photo AI is a web tool that turns still photos into animated videos with movement and facial expressions. Its generator accepts PNG, JPG or JPEG images up to 10 MB and a text prompt. The site describes the results as having realistic motion and smooth animation, and says single portraits are a stronger fit than complex group photos. The create page offers 5-second videos for 1 credit or 10-second videos for 2 credits, with an estimated wait of 3–5 minutes; high-traffic failures do not use credits. The listed maximum clip length is 8 seconds and the maximum output resolution is 1080p. Video generation is paid, with one-time plans at 24.90 USD for Basic, 28.90 USD for Pro, 44.90 USD for Max and 88.90 USD for Pro Max. Those plans include lifetime credits, private generation, a commercial license and three months of cloud storage. Free tools cover photo restoration and colorization, but not video generation. Videos can be downloaded, and images can be shared on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
