MiCal

What MiCal is
MiCal connects calendars from multiple providers so events can synchronize and scheduling can be managed across them. It supports Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and ICS feeds, with iCloud calendars shareable through ICS. Two-way sync rules can limit copied events to work hours or mark them private. Public booking links let visitors choose times without an account. Family calendars can be merged into a color-coded view with configurable detail or free/busy sharing and an availability check. Multiple workspaces support team use, including prefixed busy blocks pushed to client workspaces to help prevent double booking. MiCal describes REST endpoints and serverless functions for integrations. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and transmission uses TLS over HTTPS. MiCal says it does not sell calendar data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on it. The free plan costs nothing forever and allows two calendars, two sync flows, one booking page, and one family group of up to three members.
