The record

Purpose: Maski provides email aliases that forward mail to a real inbox without revealing its address to the sender.
Alias controls: Users can pause or permanently retire aliases, and can set forward and block rules by sender.
Alias names: Aliases are chosen by users on a first-come, first-served basis and remain unavailable to others after retirement.
Unsubscribe: One-click List-Unsubscribe routes unsubscribe actions through Maski, and is included on both plans.
Replies and sending: Pro lets users reply to forwarded messages or start new mail from an alias.
Private inbox: Pro includes hold-in-inbox rules; the homepage describes held mail as kept in a private inbox with TTL and real-time WebSocket updates.
Encryption: The security page says login and recovery emails, alias destinations, contacts, and message content and attachments are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Transport security: The security page says public web, API, and WebSocket surfaces use TLS 1.2 or later, while inbound SMTP uses opportunistic TLS when supported by the sending server.
Hosting: The application and database run on AWS EC2 in ap-south-1 (Mumbai), with outbound email via Amazon SES in that region.
Certifications: Maski says it does not currently hold SOC 2 Type I or ISO 27001 certifications and lists them as future targets.
Support: The site lists [email protected] for contact and security disclosures, and says vulnerability reports receive an acknowledgement and triage owner within five business days.
Pilot offer: The homepage offers Pro free for one year to the first 1,000 people who sign up, with no card required.
