Lyrica

What Lyrica is

Lyrica is a web-based AI-assisted lyric-writing tool for songwriters who want help when a line or verse is not coming together. It can generate lyrics from prompts, rewrite existing lyrics, and suggest wording described as matching the writer’s voice. Its rhyme finder returns perfect and near rhymes in one click, while the AI verse builder uses a short brief to create draft verses that the writer can edit. Lyrica also accepts melody or audio input, and users can record voice memos alongside their lyrics to hold onto musical ideas.

Songs can be grouped by album and arranged in a board view for works in progress. The maker says notes, files, and versions can be kept together with a song. For shared writing, real-time collaboration includes comments, @mentions, and email alerts. Lyrica is presented as a songwriting aid that offers assistance while leaving creative control with the writer. Logan Ransley is identified as the person who built the product. It runs on the web and has a free plan priced at $0, as well as a 7-day trial.

Who it suits

Lyrica suits songwriters who want assistance generating, rewriting, or developing lyrics while retaining control over the final writing. Its voice memos, song organization, and collaboration tools also suit writers who collect melody ideas or work on lyrics with others.
