Lyric Genie is a songwriting notepad for capturing ideas, developing lyrics and collaborating with other writers. Lyrics can be arranged into sections such as verses, choruses and bridges. Its AI suggestions draw on a song’s mood, theme and reference artists, while Freestyle mode turns hummed placeholder syllables into lyrics that retain their phrasing. Writers can work together in real time and see who contributed each line. Lyric sheets can include credits, PRO splits and IPIs, then be exported as a PDF or public URL. The app imports M4A, MP3, WAV, AIFF, AAC and FLAC audio, converting it to M4A on the device. Lyric Genie is available on iOS and macOS. The free plan includes unlimited songs, basic rhymes and synonyms, 60 minutes of voice recordings and real-time collaboration, but limits rhyme lookups to 30 per day and main writing-tool requests to seven total. Pro allows unlimited rhyme lookups and 5,000 main requests monthly, starting at 4.99 USD per month; a 14-day trial is listed.
