JobWizard is a Chrome extension that acts as an AI job-application copilot. It fills supported application fields and custom questions, while users review the answers and submit applications themselves. Listed tools include job-description highlights, AI match scores, cover letters, referral finding, career chat, and application tracking. The maker lists support for Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Oracle Taleo, LinkedIn Easy Apply, and other company career sites. Users can forward selected Gmail messages for application-stage classification and dashboard updates; JobWizard says this does not require OAuth or direct inbox access. The Free plan is free and has weekly quotas, including 30 autofills and 30 open-ended answers shared with autofill. Plus costs 19.99 USD per once for 30 days, while Pro costs 39.99 USD per once for 30 days; neither auto-renews. Paid plans raise quotas or make many tools unlimited. Resume and job data may be sent to AI model providers for requested responses.
Who it is for
JobWizard suits occasional or frequent applicants who use Chrome and want help filling applications, assessing matches, writing cover letters, and tracking progress. Free is positioned for occasional applicants, while Plus and Pro target daily or sprint applicants.
