HireUp is an employee referral platform for organizations seeking candidates through employee networks. Employees can describe someone they know to Filo, HireUp’s chatbot, which finds suitable company jobs to refer them to. Referral campaigns can carry an organization’s branding and target audiences of different sizes, with outreach through email, text messages, and app notifications. Employees submit referrals through a web form and receive automatic updates on referral status.

HireUp provides web access and mobile apps for iOS and Android. Its campaign analytics track progress in real time and produce a KPI report after each campaign. Automated reward-payment tracking alerts payroll to outstanding referral payments. HireUp says it integrates with an applicant tracking system, though it can also be used without one.
